Came here with a few friends after a hike at Alisio Viejo and man did it hit the spot! From the crispy outside and soft center of their sweet potato waffle fries, and their variety of drink options, it is nothing short of amazing. This place is tucked away in the valley, and has a small hometown feel! The service was superb, our meals came out in a timely manner and the cashier was helpful in helping us decide what to get. I will absolutely be returning once I'm in the area again!

Came based on reviews and I was very happy with my experience. The seating inside the restaurant is first come , first serve but they also have additional seating outside. The food was very yummy , I got the Spinach Benedict and I loved how it had a good amount of spinach, since it is a vegetarian dish. I still enjoyed my eggs Benedict's. My husband got the steak and eggs, he was very please with his meal because his piece of meat had no extra fat or nerve. We shared the French toast and it was also very enjoyable.

Have enjoyed a few breakfasts and lunches at this cute little spot in Laguna Canyon. Food is consistently good and tasty. I usually get omelettes or salad. Decent selection of options for dietary restrictions and preferences.It's order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Indoor and outdoor seating. Easy walk to Sawdust; a few blocks from downtown.

My wife and I had the day off together and wanted a good breakfast place. We found this treasure!! The food was incredibly delicious. The chicken and waffles was delicious. At first we were hesitant because the menu said chicken tenders, but wow they were cooked perfectly. The mixed berry scone was the best my wife and I have ever had. My simple bacon and eggs were perfect. We are so coming back again and we're bringing friends. We might even bring enemies!! Thank you Kitchen in the Canyon for your amazing food and service. Came here on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch and had a great experience. We missed the rush, so we were able to order and get a table indoors without any wait. Service was seamless and our food came out quickly. We each ordered the garden veggie omelette and a coffee. Wonderful outdoor patio seating that I would love to come back and enjoy on a summer day!

Came here for breakfast before a day of exploring in Laguna! The service was very quick and they had plenty of options for food including a variety of pastries as well! The outdoor seating was so cute and had a lovely view being in the canyons. Was very glad to try it out after hearing about it for so long!

I absolutely adore this place! The menu is incredibly diverse and delicious. The breakfast menu is fantastic, especially the Monte Cristo sandwich. The lunch menu is equally impressive. I appreciate that it's tucked away in the canyon, providing a secluded dining experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive. However, my only complaint is the parking situation. It can be quite challenging to find a spot.

We love this restaurant! The environment is lovely, with plants, comfy seats, and a cute little fountain. I love sitting outside here. The food is splendid and very well made. You cant go wrong with a pesto sandwich or veggie burger!PS get the sweet potato fries. You won't regret it.

This place is a great breakfast joint! Service was decent. Ordering the food up front and finding a seat was different, but the food was great! I recommend this 100%. Ask for more syrup for the pancakes, you will need it!
