We're so happy we finally tried Khoi Restaurant. We heard about their special menu that was $10 for certain dishes. The restaurant has a front area that you can order to go and then a sitting restaurant style section. The staff were super friendly while taking our order. We got the com tam (broken rice) that had large pieces of pork. The pork was marinated really well and had nice glaze on the top. The rice and pickled vegetables were delicious. We had the bun (vermicelli noodles), which was really nice with the grilled pork, vegetables, and vermicelli noodles. The portions of the food were so huge and filling. I was really impressed with the food and will definitely be back soon!

$6.99 com tam is a steal! The portion is definitely on the smaller side, but for me was definitely enough with:-one piece of well seasoned pork chop-one piece of the steam egg cake-some bi-and little bit of pickled veggies Bap xao (stirred fried corn) is on point, too! You can ask them for sriracha if you like a little extra flavoring! Also ordered the Moonlight Mango fruit tea. Nice and refreshing for this heat! Not too sweet, and you can taste the slight bitterness of the tea Definitely coming back for the com tam deal

First time visitor located in the garden grove shopping center by yogurtland Good music Nice decor You can either order inside or at a window upon entering Various special available Plenty of choices for Vietnamese food including drinks and coffee They were out of a appetizer upon order The beef noodles were ok - meat was average noodles were a bit soggy Friends beef flat noodles had much more vegetables than noodles Service was average - nothing stood out but nothing was bad either Seem like a good place for group outing but probably won't return as the food wasn't memorable and worth the cost for the quality received

I chose Khoi on a whim. I saw the sign for $9.99 pho. Sounds like a great deal, and it was!I ordered it to go. I was surprised when I got home that all the ingredients needed to be added to the broth. There were a couple of pieces of beef in the broth, but the majority of it was raw and placed in a plastic bag. I was expecting it to all be added. Haha!! I still managed to make a pretty decent bowl of pho out of the generous supply of ingredients. It was enough for two meals!I loved it. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty!Next time I will dine in instead of taking it out though. It will be much easier for me to put a good bowl of pho together!

Fast serviceHad a large noodle bowl with thin slided beef.Has clean booth seats. They have a lot of specially drinks but I am a basic green tea type of guy.Check it out , I've driven by at nighttime and it looks like it can be crowded but because I was there at 4:30pm it was easy to find a seat.

Vietnamese coffee... Lots of ice , only half full, "that's how we sell it" They should put it in a smaller cup so I don't feel ripped off Tastes good, just wish there was more!

I decided to stop by this place to try their promotionFirst off you have to order at the counter and then they hand you a number to wait for your foodThe restaurant appears to be nice and "trendy" but it's super dirty Streaks on the glass and dirty floors and walls Restroom had no toilet paper. Dirty and they haven't refilled the toilet paper for a while because the trash was filled to the brim with soiled napkins. This means they haven't cleaned the restrooms in a whileFood - we ordered the $5.99 com tam. Small portion which is fine but the meat extremely flavorless and tough. It's like they got a bottle of teriyaki sauce and brushed it on top of the porkBun Bo hue broth was ok but they just threw in pho meat like brisket in there, no pork feet or beef shank Drinks came out very last which is my biggest pet peeveWorker seems incompetent It's a restaurant trying to be something it's not. Don't go and save your money

Frequented this place a lot before the change. Had it again today. Had bun Bo hue 3/5 could do with a liiiiiitle Less salt and a some more flavor, and con tam 2/5. It's sorta funny how it comes out but then again it's only $7. They use Korean bbq flavoring, which, no. But it's enough food. The egg cake is a LOT of carrots though. They also add freshly crushed Thai chili to your fish sauce, which for me, I don't know if it goes. We'll see if I eat here again, but I'll be back to try some of my favorite drinks under the previous owner.

Came in at 10:40pm and was out by 11:110pm. We saw them from IG. They were out of balut and mango salad. Ordered double d (durian smoothies) and was pretty disappointed. They used a really bad flavoring that all you could taste is just cream. Corn stir fry was salty and corn was not heat up all the way. Shaken beef with white rice was salty and got like 4-5 pieces of beef. The person working does not seem like he knows much of menu or whether they have it in stock. He took our order then came back after snail and corn came out to let us know that no mango salad. For the price, the quality and quantity of food are not worth it at all. Total came out to $70 something but with no mango salad it went to $55+. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place
