Review is primarily for the Beyond Fried Chicken.You know that old saying "it it walks like a chicken, talks like a chicken, it probably is a chicken?" Or maybe it was a duck, but yeah this beyond fried chicken well it doesn't talk or walk like a chicken, probably because it's a nugget. Frankly that's kind of weird if the food you're about to consume is talking.The nuggets do look like your typical nuggets, though a little bit more square. They coated it in that 11 spices and herb goodness, but im sure everyone wants to know does it taste like chicken? Could you fool someone it's chicken?Short answer is probably not for anyone who's actually ever tasted chicken (though i swear everything tastes like chicken to people...i could feed them my socks and it probably tastes like chicken). The batter is pretty good, but the "meat" itself is kind of bland in my opinion. Texture is also a dead giveaway that this ain't no chicken. The texture is a bit rubbery, but really hard to replicate meat texture I'm sure. Despite those complaints, I think it's the best chicken alternative on the market and closest to chicken even though not really. I would consider consuming this more but a 6 piece costs about $8 and these nuggets aren't exactly YUGE. I'm sure they'll bring the price down as it becomes more in demand since this was just a soft release. Overall it's a good alternative for those that want to prevent animal suffering and just murder plants instead.

I saw the ad, Mikes Hot Honey chicken. I had to have it. My thought going into this was it was going to be hot ( spicy) honey drizzled on the chicken. I ordered the 4 tender combo with Cole slaw as a side. Not sure why but their Cole slaw is good and their biscuits even better. So, what did I get , I got chicken tenders floating in a hot ( temperature wise) honey like substance that was so sticky you could hang wallpaper with it. Zero flavor, no spices, the tenders were soggy all for 13 dollars. Terrible. Never again. I gave kfc another chance after not going there for a while and they blew it. Who came up with this idea? Who gave the person putting this together the instructions. I was very hungry, I wiped what I could off the chicken and using the spork they give you stabbed at it. The lady at the window was nice, I smiled back at her. She must have thought, you aren't going to be smiling for long me star as she knew what I was getting. I am finished with kfc.

I get it that fast food isn't that glamourous, and soon you'll be getting $20/hour come April, but could the employees at least smile or say something beyond "$9.96"? You can tell the people that work here aren't happy and there's no way they're going to get anything but the most basic service. Now with that, the food is pretty consistent, and they are pretty fast. I had just given him my card and barely checked in on yelp when the guy was already holding his arm out with my drink. Again, it would have been nice to hear a "here's your drink" and I would have stopped checking in and took the drink, but no.... dead silence. He handed me my credit card and before I could put it away, he was trying to hand me my food. I smiled and said thank you and got nothing in return. So, in a nutshell, don't come here for any feel-good vibes, but the food was exactly what I had expected when I got home so there's at least that.

Missing item. Please do not pack and tight the package too carefully customers cant even open the bag to triple check the order they received!!! Missing my coleslaw, the only reason I go for 2 sides order!!!

The chizza is definitely not worth the price for how small it is. My son was extremely disappointed.

Really disappointed. I've driven past this location for the longest time and FINALLY decided to give it a try. I never go to KFC just because it always seemed so heavy...I really regret going.The dining room was already closed so I went through drive thru. I ordered an original chicken sandwich, and a side of fries.The order didn't take too long, om fact the ONLY thing I was pleased with was how fast I got my food and drive off. I KNEW I should've checked the bag before...when I got home I read the receipt and it said "extra pickle, extra mayo."I never ordered it like that. The sandwich was old, and cold. The fries were old and cold and a total waste of money. Why would you serve OLD food???Its just lazy.This was the first time and last time I will ever go back.2 stars is probably too much, but maybe it was just an off night, so I'll give them "that benefit" of the doubt.

Bad service. Major attitude problem. It shouldn't take 5 minutes for an employee to help a guest when the place is dead. Filipino girl working had a bad attitude and she was the same girl giving an older gentleman attitude. Assist him, he needed help, don't give attitude. Same girl saw us waiting and took her time. The other three in the back were clueless. Bad service.

I went to KFC today and the manager was so kind and gave me a great customer service the food was and fresh the restaurant was clean and I felt welcome restrooms were clean and had soap to wash hands most importantly the ac was working perfectly fine thank you kfc

I did an online purchase through the KFC app also the app states when you make a digital purchase of $10 or more, you get a three piece combo box so I added that to the order when I get there to pick up my order Celia and Yazmin were very rude saying I did not add the 3 peace to my order and proceeded to talk in Spanish about me and I understand and speak Spanish! Come to find out after calling the customer service number when I left to complain about the rudeness I was informed that that store is not a participating store, Yazmin the manager should have known this! Had I been informed they were not a participating store I would have understood, but the fact that they ignored me and made me feel like I was a liar after I placed an order that I paid for! Also one customer walked out because they were ignoring those inside and only paying attention to the drive through! This is the face for KFC! I will never go back to that KFC in spite of it being closer to my home!!

Blonde lady always messes up my order. The rest of the staff is cool. The food is good.
