I am appalled at how terrible this kfc is. I ordered via door dash. I asked for catsup for myKids as they won't eat chicken without it. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, Corn and coleslaw. No eating utensils came whatsoever. No napkins or anything. The food was terrible. The chicken was horrible. I called and asked to speak with a manager. The store supervisor stated manager wasn't in. I asked for her name she wouldn't give it to me, I asked for hers she wouldn't give it to me. I was trying to ask her what time the manager would be in and she hung up on me. No wonder why this store has a 2 star rating.

I can see why this shithole is a 2 star rating. I went after work to pick up a 12 piece bucket for myself and the amount of skin that was peeled off was truly pathetic. The chicken has changed its recipe of the 12 herbs and spices and replaced it with 12 seasonings of straight shit. I do not understand how they messed up on such a simple order? The gravy is a completely unnecessary amount of salt added to it and is bitter! I wouldn't feed this to my dog. They are lucky I was hungry enough that I ate it all and it filled me up or I'd have corporate in that store faster than you can blink. 1 positive was the shitter was clean and had ample amounts of seat covers as I typically use 6-7 seat covers per visit to any public restroom.

Ordered through Uber eats bad idea First the manager Esperanza was no help and lies when I asked why my drink wasn't with my order saying the driver left it behind ! Then claimed it was put with order and offered no solution !I then called the driver and he says he doesn't speak English ! And hung up ! I then called Uber eats which had crappy customer service as I exolained what happed and found out further that the rest of my order was wrong I'll be canceling uber eats still waiting for a supervisor's to call back

I enjoy eating here during my lunch break. Not sure why the low stars, because this location is clean and consistent. The food is always fresh. The staff is very friendly. I always get the chicken sandwich and a large order of green beans. So good! This sandwich rivals Chick Fil A with the toasty bun and pickles. Now I'm craving one haha. Anyways, see ya soon KFC Anaheim.

We love to eat fried chicken. But the service is not great. There were 3 people working, but no one acknowledged our presence. They acknowledged the person picking up food, but that person arrived after us.

I'm disappointed, I was parked while there was no one in back of me , I say this because I work as a fast foo restaurant as well , and I am sad to say this place sucked . I was waiting at a parking lot while a guy was doing his business right in front of our car . To add to that , our biscuits that we were made parked for that , were not fresh .
