PARKINGI love these places where you don't have to walk a distance from 100 floors of a parking structure. What I love about this place is you can easily find parking right in front there's a huge parking lot right there.FOODLet me start with the fact that the chicken itself has been seasoned well. It taste really good except for one major flaw. All the pictures show you fat chunky meaty chicken parts however, when I put in my first order, I noticed that the thigh was literally smaller than my hand curved up in a fist. As I have very small, skinny, boney hands. As a matter of fact, the guy didn't even have any meat at all worth mentioning. The drumstick was worse. It was as long as my middle finger and it was sadly anorexic. To be honest, if the chicken pieces were much larger and PLUMPIER, this would be one of my favorite go to lunch and dinner restaurants.

I started eating at Juan Pollo when I worked at Ontario Airport. It's a local inland empire roasted chicken restaurant. I love that they've expanded into orange county so I can get my fix closer to home. A testament to how good it is, the restaurants are often busy even during off hours. Juan Pollo has the best chicken hands down. The half chicken meal is my regular order with flour tortillas, salsa, and 2 side dishes. Pro tip, get double potato salad for your sides. It's seriously the best potato salad that I have ever had. Honestly I would come to Juan Pollo for the potato salad alone. Fortunately their chicken is terrific as well. Order in English or Spanish at the counter and shortly thereafter your food will be ready. Eat in or take out. If you enjoy horchata or tamarind this is a place where you can indulge in these less commonly available drinks. Very casual place. Fast food service and prices but much better quality food. The salsa is fresh and delicious. The hot salsa can be pretty hot so use caution if you aren't up for spicy goodness.

Awful!! Never buy food here!! I ordered food at 5:30pm at DoorDash and they accepted the order. Then driver gets there at 6pm and they don't have chicken!! They should not have accepted order and they should have cancelled at 5:30pm instead of waiting for driver to come at 6pm!!! Bad business!! I'm so mad!! What kind of chicken restaurant has no chicken!!!!

I wanted to really love this place so bad! However there were just a few things I didn't really enjoy. When you walk in its a bit cluttered in the front. We waited a few minutes as there was no cashier in the front, which is okay... We ordered the juan pollo bowl and they were good. There was no salsa on the side, just pico de callo. The shredded chicken had bones in it and I think thats what kinda killed it for me. Its lovely to have to have shredded chicken but when you chew on a bone or several of them, it kind of makes you lose your appetite. Its very small on the inside with a few tables and it was clean overall. The two ladies were very sweet and made sure our order came out in a timely fashion!

Came in this evening and was helped out by a friendly employee. She helped me order and cleared any confusion. The food came out really quick and was nice and hot. It was good, 5 STARS!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of eating from Juan Pollo, and I must say that their chicken is nothing short of amazing. Juicy, tender, and flavorful, it's easy to see why this dish is the highlight of their menu. Not to be outdone, the potatoe salad makes an excellent sidekick - soft, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, they complement the chicken beautifully. While the restaurant's exterior may not capture your eye, with a simple structure and ample parking, don't be fooled. Any initial reservations are quickly forgotten as the sheer quality of the dish in front of you takes precedence. Despite the simple setting, the food speaks volumes, providing a gourmet experience that easily compensates for the lack of design. I definitely recommend Juan Pollo to everyone; whether you're a resident or just passing through, be sure to stop by. Believe me, your taste buds will appreciate you.

Their potato salad is THE BEST!!!! Juan Pollo is my go to spot any family function side dish potluck. Best, prompt customer service.

I ordered through Uber eats and had a horrible experience. They forgot to add my potato salad to my meal. I called and spoke to a lady and she insisted it was in the meal, but it wasn't also the salsa was expired. Never purchasing food here

In this place you must leave a tip even though is to go or else they'll give you raw chicken pretty much!
