Johnny's Real New York Pizza

I would say this place is good if you want a fast slice of pizza and something simple. I wasn't too impressed with the flavor or the crust. It is local and easy to get a few slices on the go.They do have a Happy Hour special for pizza slices and a drink before 5pm I believe.

Update tried the pasta and bread since if you have both might as well for shjts and giggles and boy was I disappointed the pasta Bolognese was hardly seasoned and overall just had the hot taste to it the pasta wasn't worth 15 and I could make better at home. The bread wasn't even bread it was the stick with burnt excuses for garlic and was flavorless. Unless their prices halved I am not coming back

Excellent New York style pizza!I don't know why I was skeptical going in. It almost seemed like a cheesy franchise. I was pleasantly surprised. I was there around 12:30pm and the pepperoni pizza slice was nice, fresh, and great quality. I also ordered a Sausage Stromboli. It was a bit cold so I had them heat it up and then it was good. It came with a nice bold flavored marinara sauce for dipping.Next time I don't need a Stromboli. I'll just focus on the pizza slices. They have a few different lunch combinations with your choice of pizza slices, wings, or salad.

Great food, service and value. My go-to for NY style pizza, great happy hour specials, and clean tables.

Horrible food and service. Pizza was cold, dressings for salad were old. Employees were rude.

Would you pay $60 for 2 pizzas that were undercooked and look like this?Recommendation for Management:-Supervise staff to ensure they cook the pizza all the way through the dough-Enhance your quality control internally to ensure proper training of staff of preparing and the final deliverable-Enhance your recipe to ensure a more italian flavor in your pizza sauce recipe

Pizza is great, sometimes too oily and greasy. The workers are really nice and friendly. The inside of the restaurant reminds me of an actual pizza place in NY.

We really enjoyed the NY style pizza here at Johnnys. Marilu was really personable and made us feel like the best guests when we arrived. We opted for the 2 slice lunch special and I was glad they had Modelo on draft for dad. The ambiance is great with both booth and bar style seating. The patio is lovely and everything you're used to with Irvine Company properties. We'll be back next time we're in Quail Hill. Will definitely try the lunch wing combo next time! Thanks Marilu! The Mexican Banda music selection was on point too! The whole family enjoyed it!

Food: crust burnt and not flavorful. What was good in the dessert cinnamon knots. Would recommend they throw away the slices and make new slices periodically.

Quiet afternoon when we ordered. Got a personal pizza and a water. And $2.00 dollars for a side of jalapeño. Was a bit disappointed when I asked if there was any slices available and was told no. As I was waiting for my order they brought out 4 whole pizzas for slices to purchase. ‍ It would have been nice if I was told that pizzas for slices are coming out soon. Would have got a couple of slices instead. The personal pizza wasn't worth it.
