Joes Italian Ice

joes. my favorite place for Italian ice!!! i used to come here a lot during my college years :') and it's still the same! never change my sister has never been here before so I decided i must take her here and change her life for the better. my go-to flavor is strawberries and cream but this time we tried mango! it was really good paired with the vanilla ice cream~ and it got the sister seal of approval! service is stellar and fast! they def keep the line moving efficiently! as for the ambiance, it's a casual spot for dessert! there is plenty of seating around the area to eat your Joe latti and have a chat with friends or family

While I was out with my girlfriend, we happened to pass by Joe's Italian Ice and Ice Cream. The large sign out front immediately caught our attention, as we are both big fans of Italian ice and ice cream. So we decided to go back on the way home. When we pulled in, we were surprised by the size of the building, and even more impressed with the larger menu. There were so many options, that I feel like there's something for everyone! I got the Cotton Candy Joelatti, which is a layered Italian ice and vanilla ice cream, while my girlfriend went with the Watermelon Joe Latti. They were nice and refreshing since the day we went it was pretty sunny out. The menu was a little overwhelming at first, especially with so many people waiting behind me (which goes to show how well loved this place is), but the girl who took my order was really kind and patient with me. When I mentioned it was my first time there, she recommended the Joelatti, which was a great suggestion. I wish I caught her name though ;-;The price was also very reasonable at about $8-10 a cup, and it was so large I took most of it home for later!

my new favorite place !!the texture of the ice cream is so different like i don't know if i should even call it ice-cream even, but it is? i guess. i got the mango gelato or should i say "joelato." when you take a bite into the gelato, you are transported to a different dimension, TRUST.service: there was a line, but there's multiple windows to order so it went by so quick!ambiance: issa a vibe and there's a parking lot, but it can be crammed, just know street parking is available.

Joes has always been a favorite of mine! This used to be my go-to late night spot in high school, it was nostalgic to come back. You can always expect a line, but it usually moves very quickly. They are dog friendly with dog water bowls set out for pet dogs, an outdoor counter to order from, and outdoor seating off to the side. They also have some indoor seating as well if you'd prefer to eat inside. They are currently offering 4% off your total if you purchase in cash and also have a punch card with a discount after 10 purchases. Parking can be limited at times so you may need to park in a seperate lot and walk. Everything I have ordered is always delicious. My usual order is their infamous Joe-Latti with wild cherry ice. They layer ice cream on the bottom, middle and top of Italian ice which makes a lovely test on a hot day or an after dinner dessert.

I was not aware of this place until a couple weeks ago and wow, I'm so happy we stayed at the hotel around the corner. It was so good, that we went twice in the course of five days . Both times, I got the Joe Latti blue raspberry and strawberry lemonade, respectively. WOW, was it incredible. I have never had Italian ice like this before. The Italian ice part was delicious, but somehow still so creamy. The ice cream part was sooo rich and delicious and creamy as well. 100000% will be coming here again the next time I'm going to Disney. Pro-tip - the lines can get a bit insane, but the line does move fairly quickly. On Thursday night, the line ended around halfway down the parking lot, but it only took us 17 minutes to go from the end of the line to getting our order. Joes is one of my fave dessert spots in Anaheim. There is almost always a line but the service is usually quick and friendly. Really small parking lot with some limited street parking available. Located right around the corner from Disneyland, this is a must-stop after a long day at the parks. Honestly every flavor of Italian ice I've gotten has been amazing, my personal faves are the wild cherry, California coral, and fuzzy wuzzy (peach watermelon). Most flavors are dairy free but some have dairy so check their IG or website for the daily offerings and flavor breakdowns. I love the Joe-latti combination of the soft serve and Italian ice! The soft serve is so creamy and tastes fresh, and the Italian ice is always a perfect consistency (not too icy and not too watery). Pro tip: You can also get chocolate soft serve on your Joe-latti!

My sisters love this place and mention it all the time, but we just happened to be nearby for a late night weekend dinner and since it was close to midnight we got some of our group to go ahead and get in line. Yes, there is a line, but it goes fast as there are multiple cashiers. There's a parking lot with attendants who direct you to a spot and there's also street parking. The first thing I noticed was that it was nicely decorated for the holidays. They are also dog friendly- they have water bowls out for your pup in case they're thirsty.Based on my sister's recommendation, I got the Bada Bing Joelatti, which is one of the rotating flavors that they have. It's a mix of flavored ice with custard. The bada Bing flavor has actual bits of cherry in it- so good! The custard is creamy and the ice is refreshing so it makes a for a delicious combination. I also like the mango flavor as well. They have punch cards and there is some limited seating. Definitely try it if you're in the Anaheim area!

I was waiting to share my photos and write this review until after Christmas as I surprised my daughter with a gift card to here. She goes with her friends often. I always thought it was a bit of a trek for them from our house but now I see why they like going ~ WOW!!! It is gooood!They give out samples of the Italian ice so I tried a couple of them. SO delicious! I ultimately decided on the orange cream soft serve. It was delightful. I WILL be back! P.S. if the owners are reading this can you please open a location in Long Beach?!

The best ice cream I have ever had. 10/10 definitely recommend. the service was amazing and was very fast. They had very nice workers. the whole place itself was amazing they had outside seats and parking.
