We went to the Cinemark Century Orange and XD, and since Jersey Mike's was close by, we decided to grab a sandwich. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unfriendly and looked like they were bothered by the customers. The sandwich was okay, but it had fewer ingredients than usual, and by the end, I was just eating bread.

Dependable sub sandwiches. My go to is the #8, club sandwich. Today I was enroute to the gym and ordered a mini. I was hungry but didn't want to be weighed down climbing. Mike's way includes vinegar and oil, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Order at the counter and your sandwich is made right in front of you. The sandwich makers and cashiers are usually young, College aged kids. They are generally polite and efficient. It's a sandwich shop, seating is efficient but not luxurious, again it's a sandwich shop, not white table cloth fine dining. Reasonable prices and consistent quality. Way better than the reconstituted meat at another famous sandwich shop.

Stood there for 10 mins. The guy was sitting outside on his phone and the girl was just stocking the meats. Neither bothered to say anything to me. Screw you guys.

I was craving a sandwich that I had seen on Instagram so we came here today for lunch. This location recently opened in this shopping center . I walked in asking for the # 99 and one of the employees knew exactly what I was talking about. He was very helpful . I didn't catch his name. This place is doing a great job in customer service. My coworkers also ordered some sandwiches and the gentleman Marquis ( not sure if this is the correct spelling) helped make their sandwiches "with lots of love" is how he put it. My sandwich was so delicious, it was cheesesteak with bell peppers and jalapeños and cheese with a chipotle sauce and mushrooms. It was absolutely delicious and will be back again soon. Kudos to all the great staff at this location. Nowadays it's hard to find good customer service.

I already love Jersey Mike's but we were really happy with the service here at this location! Ryan and German were super welcoming and sociable! We love talking so definitely makes us want to come back. The space is super clean, and fully stocked! We got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a ham sandwich! Delicious as always, better with great service! Thank you so much!

This is a good Jersey Mikes location in the shopping center near the movie theatre. Ample parking shared with other businesses. The place is tiny inside with maybe 1-2 tables and not a lot of room. The staff was friendly and the line moved quickly. Everyone seemed like they were working well together and the customers in there were happy as well. They had your standard jersey mikes menu and the sandwiches tasted fresh and were obviously made to order. Overall, I'd be back here if I lived in the area.

Honestly, I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's and out of all the Jersey Mike's. I've never met someone as friendly and as outgoing as Ryan. Highly recommended (Ryan's pretty cool ! )

Brutal wait times here. Used to frequent this one instead of the one up Katella closer to Disney. Ordered a normal cold sub and it took about 35 minutes of waiting.Seems like all the staff took their break right during lunch time.Had roughly 10 parties come through and order their food while I'm still waiting here for my cold sub. Absolutely awful.
