First time coming to this location and got good service. I ordered the California club regular size and it was delicious. I like how the deli meats are sliced fresh with your order and this big staff member gave me a nice big serving of avocado on my sandwhich. Love the flavors of Turkey avocado and bacon. Yum especially Mikes way! So glad I stumbled on this location. Will be back again soon.

Great service I am a fan of Jersey mikes, as well as a friend of mine works there. Stephanie was busy counting the register and I can tell she was a little frustrated I only asked for a band aid and she immediately showed great customer service as well as changed her facial expressions for me and asked her coworker to get me the band aid again. I am very great full and now I'll always think about eating here.

I've been starting to love JM recently but when I come to this location it always depends on who's working! There's 1 staff there that consistently messes up my orders- and I only do mobile orders. This time after mistaking my order, I asked to fix it with the correct bread but the new bread had hair -- that was like baked into it!!

We did a order pick up and I picked up early. They were done but both sandwiches were incredibly over sauced and the bread soggy. My husband had to eat his big kahuna meat with chips. Really disappointed since it was not busy and we usually order this at another Jersey mike location.

Today's morning staff was rude and unhelpful especially the manager. I placed an online order for delivery and called to confirm the staff had seen my note under special instructions, first I was told my order was complete and I didn't place a note, then I was told they were busy and I should have called sooner. I asked if they followed my instructions, they didn't, so I asked if it would be fixed. After asking multiple times if my order would be fixed I was told they would fix it as best as they could. What does that even mean? You either fix the order or you don't. I will not use this location, I'm very disappointed with the way I was spoken too.

Boring Bland Sandwich!I ordered the BLT on Line...The lettuce was mehhh (shredded lettuce is for Tacos), the Bacon looked hours old and burnt. ..You can't add an additional protein like Chicken or Turkey and apparently the only online cheese is provolone. This IS A SUB SHOP right??Good Grief spend less and go-to Subway instead

The manager has horrible customer service. She made a mistake with my order and instead of owning it she acted like it was my fault. I would never recommend this location unless you want someone with a bad attitude to help you. Wrote into customer service and they did not even contact or email me back. All around the customer service between corporate and this location very bad. I am in customer service and this is the way you lose business.

The food is fine. The lady making the sandwiches was so rude. I couldn't even say what I wanted as she was grabbing the next things. Then she says so these sandwiches are both mikes way I said no one doesn't have onions and she rolled her eyes and was clearly annoyed. Perhaps she should take a course in customer service.
