True story, I can't make this up. This is the worst franchise probably in CA. I've gone in twice in the last 10 days, BOTH times their system has been down and they're only accepting cash. I call BS, either this place is laundering money or they are trying to go out of business. I like their sandwiches but not enough to come back here a 3rd time, this place won't last unless again, their something fishy going on with this location

We came here a few weeks to get our favorite sandwich, the philly cheesesteak. We always add lettuce and tomatoes on the side to make it a better sandwich. Customer service here is pretty good.

Sandwich number 17 is the best/The Italian ham sandwich is also good/Thank you for making the other products delicious and hygienically.

I want to share that I did not have a good experience at Jersey Mike's on Malvern in Fullerton. I ordered a #7 Wheat wrapped. This is a cold sub, however upon eating, I noticed black particles on my provolone cheese. There was nothing in my order that had this color and my wrap was not grilled. I asked the staff what this could have been and they told me it could have been the burned residue from previous orders. GROSS. But beyond gross, eating burned food of any kind is harmful to health and even cancerous. This kind of negligence is beyond unreasonable. The part that upsets me is that I ate those black particles until I noticed it was there. I truly regret my visit to this Jersey Mike's.

My boyfriend works near this location, gets lunch here often and really enjoys it. We got a quick lunch here and it was pretty good. Service was quick and easy as we just ordered online and picked it up. I got a simple turkey sandwich with added banana peppers. I always love the bread at Jersey Mikes and when they add the vinaigrette to your sandwich. All the ingredients were super fresh and I enjoyed my sandwich.

I been coming here for the past 2 years and most of the time ordering from thr app. After my now 2nd experience, 1st time about 6+ months ago while I was in there one of the workers made a sandwich then used the register, handled cash and went back to make the next order!!! I was speechless and disgusted! I told him to get another pair of gloves and trash the sandwich and make a new one. 2nd time was last week when I decided to order inside because the app orders seemed less like meat and didn't taste as good. Again, the worker did the same thing, made a sandwich, used the register and back he came to make the sandwich. I was like your not going to change out your gloves?!?!? He replied would you like me to?? WTF seriously? I understand they employ high school / college kids but damn! Is there no training on handling food?? Iimagine how many pairs of hands touched the blocks of ham/meats that all the customers consumed!!! All that bacteria from the pos system, cash, counter, meats, cross contamination.....Gross!!! I'm sure it's at every restaurant but damn... don't let me see you doing it! Sadly to report, I will no longer eat at this location.... or even others! Hope this helps someone!

The freshness and quality of Jersey Mike's is unlike other sandwhich places. However for this mini sandwhich it was over $8. Add a combo drink and chips for extra. You can choose from other 20 types of sandwhiches that range from Italian to beef and three types of bread. Mikes way includes lettuce tomatoes onions and red wine vinegar and olive oil.

First time here and I have to admit it was bomb. The worker helped me with some suggestions since I've never been. Ended up ordering a chipotle chicken on cheese bread I think that's what he said. It was so good. Hot off the grill and super flavorful. Really wasn't expecting it. Cool little shop, in the middle of the shopping center. Thank goodness subway was closed. That was totally worth it

Food is fine, but I do want to mention that this branch will be stingy on their ingredients depending on who's working. The employees also seemed to be in a bad mood? Ordered the giant sized sandwich club supreme and the guy making the sandwich almost forgot to add the bacon (had to remind him). Literally the best part of the sandwich. Anyway, after reminding him, he proceeded to put 4 small pieces onto the bread. 4. Small. Pieces. On a gigantic sandwich. LmaoI then asked if he could just add a piece of bacon or two cause something didn't seem right. He told me they charged extra for that. How much money do you think the company is missing out on by adding an extra slice of bacon? Saving a couple dollars on an ingredient versus returning customers/satisfaction is an obvious business decision. If I could go to a different location I would, but this is the only location close to me. So now I'm going to go out of my way to go support a different location.
