The customer service here is like ok,..... BUT the sandwiches are not fresh You guys know that saying "we don't make it until you order it "Well guess what that is not true the order is already made I have come here many times but is it just me or all jacks are like this Why is the chicken also dry and overcooked Tacos are not fresh I found a taco that didn't even have any cheese All dry I don't understand But this is just not jacks anymore It's a lot of jack in the box Try getting a chicken sandwich or a taco and you will know what Iam taking about At time the food seems like they cooked it and left over they microwave it and this is why it's dry

The new bacon double Smashburger is unbelievably good with their onion rings cooked crisp over the top. Never had a better hamburger from Jack-in-the-Box in my life real meat. Wow mind blowing good.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. JACK IN THE BOX ALWAYS MAKES ME HAPPY. I love their new Chicken wings Garlic Parmesan YUMMY. The service is fast and friendly. They are very smart when they take your orders.

Been here a couple time to pick up some quick dinner for the family, each time there is something wrong with the order. Either the food is cold or an item is missing, not a big deal. Last strike for me was when we order chicken tender for the kids, they were hungry right after school so we went through drive thru, came home realized they gave us a sandwich, which the kids didn't want, gave them a call and they said to come back in and return the sandwich and they'll remake the order, which I did thought they would make the order correctly since we just got off the phone 20mins prior came in spoke to the cashier she didnt looked to happy about the situation kind of gave an attitude, placed the order on the counter and said this is yours I was like okay thanks, just wanted to make sure this is chicken tenderr correct and she said yes. my fault for not checking while I was at the restaurant came home with some spicy nuggets which the kids didn't end up eating. Just bad customer services overall.

I try not to leave reviews regarding fast food restaurants. However, this by far has been horrible. Blanca is supposed to be the manager. However, Blanca was not there. The staff told me they were shorthanded since there was only three of them. I'm not sure how many people it takes to run a drive-through. However, I will take their word for that. They were shorthanded. Blanca shame on you for being a poor manager, who is not there to help your team. if you were sick or have an emergency, my apologies. However, a good manager would've made sure that their team had enough help to manage the work shift. I got there at 8:40 PM with two cars in front of me. I placed my order at 8:57 PM according to my receipt. I was waiting till about 9:15 PM. Then I decided to go inside. By then there was at least 5 to 6 cars waiting for their order just like me. I go inside and I kindly ask how is my order coming? The staff told me that they were shorthanded. Then that's when I found out how Blanca was poorly managing her team. Jack, please manage this location better by supporting it with a better manager.

Manager was extremely rude at this location. I didn't receive my two tacos that I had ordered so I decided to go back for them. I told the manager about my situation and she did not once apologize. I also asked for a fresh ordered of onion rings because the ones I had previously ordered had gone cold. Then the manager decides to argue with me over my food in front of other customers. I then received my previous order of tacos which were served to be cold after sitting around for so long. Very rude workers at this location.

The website says they close at 10:30 PM. I went at 9:50 PM and they told me they were closed. I asked what time they close and they said 10 PM. So they wouldn't take my order 10 minutes before they closed even though it was actually 40 minutes before they were supposed to close.

food is good it's just the service and the attitude of not understanding the order when we tell them that the orders wrong and they insist that it's right to go home and check they got both orders wrong and was not what we paid for, it's happen to me multiple times and they always mess up a simple order for some reason for the past 5 times I've been here wouldn't recommend ordering more than 2 combos definitely.

Whoever was working the window on 12/19 at 10:23pm needs to work on her customer service skills. I pulled up to the speaker and told her my order, she repeated back something completely different, so I politely corrected her and everything was fine. I got my food and pulled into the parking lot to eat only to realize that my sauce wasn't in the bag. No big deal so I went back through the drive through to ask for the sauce that was forgotten. She then started arguing with me saying that she did put the sauce in the bag, but it very clearly wasn't. She was giving me so much attitude and kept cutting me off mid sentence and said that "on the cameras you can see the sauce in the bag" and I told her to check the cameras because there wasn't any. She was so rude so I just pulled up to the window to talk to her face to face. Finally after more attitude and arguing she realized that she was in fact WRONG and gave me the sauce. No apology or anything.
