AMAZING as always..I did try different locations just to see if they are consistently giving you fresh crunchy tacos and delicious strawberry, or Oreo shakes... spot on...we ventured out and tried jalapeño poppers and onion rings ..very yummy! Love my JACK!

The food is always fresh and the service tends to be a little better than the other J Boxes I've been to. The app Hass additional items and coupons you can use, but at this J Box you must do drive-thru or delivery when using the app. Strange. March 26, 2023.Oh, if you want extra... be careful ordering because the food I got was not edible. It's almost as if it was spiteful. The cashier was nice though. I have to toss these two fish sandwiches in the trash. It's a mess.

This location is the best for customer service! Bruno is always so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that everytime I've been to this location he gets my order correct and makes my experience personal by asking how my day is going and showing that he truly cares. Thank you for being the best location even though you aren't the closest location to me.

I ordered the mozzarella sticks and 3 out of the 4 were hollow. Such a bummer. I gave 3 stars because they are pretty good with breakfast orders but missed the mark on this visit. I only came for the mozzarella sticks, which were $3.77, and was super disappointed. I got all the way home and didn't want to drive back.

Terrible service! Can't even get an order right. Ordered burger no cheese no butter and they still put it on the burger. The lady in the back tried to argue even though our receipt says no cheese no butter. The tacos I ordered hard shelled were soggy and the meat tasted strange. Also it was difficult to just get sweet and sour sauce. The person up front kept disappearing to the back

Worst location ever. It is dirty and the customer service is horrible not to mention I on it took almost 15 min to take my order as all the employees are messing around in the back. Who ever is in charge needs to be FIRED.

I was asked after I was finished paying and handed my food if I wanted sauce which I proceeded to say yes and the lady tells me it's going to be $.25 each one which at first I thought maybe $.25 for extra ones cause I asked for buffalo barbecue and ranch and then she said no it's $.25 in general ..... which is not OK, especially since I ordered for sandwiches and tacos. I should at least get one of each for free, but I was charged for all of them.

Beware sauces don't come with the munchie meal. I was told this by the drive thru worker on 8/24/24 around 10:40pm. Meal should at least come with 2 sauces which is all I wanted! It's not like I was asking for 10sauces. This is a cheap a** jack in the box. And for the worker it's not even your restaurant to be tripping on giving sauces. Jack must pay you a lot lol

Dine-In closed hours early because of being short-staffed and needing to tend to drive through. The service was slow, but the staff was amiable and acknowledged their customers - kept them transparent as to the given situation. I felt more forgiving, understanding, and patient with the scenario when addressed about the circumstances rather than kept in the quiet, guessing, and ultimately walking out.I appreciate their food and service - they need more credit than given.
