i'm really disappointed at Jack-in-the-Box here on Harbor Blvd and Garden Grove. I asked to use the bathroom and they wanted me to order first while I hold my pee. I dressed up well, employed individual. And they still reject me to use the restroom.I cannot order in a place like this they don't look out for the customers

I'm very mad and disappointed that my meal was not the right one. My meal was number 11 Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club combo and large.It happen during my lunch that they messed up on my order. They were so busy that they just gave me whatever bag . When I got to work I realized they didn't give me the right combo and also they forgot my drink. When I saw that it wasn't the right one I was already at work. So I called the place and spoke to a manager and told them what happen and she said it was fine that they will refund me back. I told her i didn't have the receipt but she said it was fine. Lastly I went after work for my refund and they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt, even thought I told them I spoke to someone in management. I guess Jack in the box doesn't care about their customers. I'm for sure will not be going to this location.

If I could give zero reviews, I would. I encountered a rude, young, possibly teen female cashier who took my order and also tried to overcharge me for my meal. I've been going to this location for years, but her bad attitude and horrible customer made me never want to go to this location again!!!! These teens need training for a whole year on the importance of attitude and great customer service. This new generation has no clue on manners and how to speak kindly to people. Do not go to this location!!!! The crew at this location are all rude and have no clue about customer service. They all need to be fired!!! I will never go here again!

Egg rolls are supposed to come with sweet and sour sauce but instead they ask you if you want any sauce with you're order. When you tell them no because you don't want any ketchup they don't put any sweet and sour sauce in the bag. Three egg rolls wasted due to no sauce!

I used the app to specifically not have my order messed up, somehow, they got confused, asked me, and still got confused. I paid to add "real" swiss cheese, they removed it because 2 other sandwiches' was requested without "yellow" cheese. If someone made a specific order like that, dont ask them, just make it. That "real" swiss cheese cost 60 cents to add and they removed it from the sandwhich without a refund. So not only did they take my money, they took my cheese. Just imagine how happy i am to find this out when i get home. DO NOT ASK THE CUSTOMER ABOUT CHEESES IF THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENT CHEESES!!!!!! Just because I dont want yellow, doesnt mean I dont want "real" swiss cheese that i paid for. Ask yourself, why would they pay to add this specific cheese? I knew the employees were clueless so I used to app to make their life easier, but somehow they made my life harder. Just to add more context, the app makes it very difficult to change anything, which mean the customer had to specially make these edits, dont ask them in person if they might have messed up. As long as you made their order as they ordered it, you can refer back to their order if they come back. Understand? Now, my burger with the cheese they took, is now cold from me having to make an account to write this.
