Jack in the Box

Have always had a great experience at this location. My most recent visit was no exception. Noah was a delight and serviced me above and beyond with excellent customer service and kind, yet expedient conversation. The food was probably some of the best I've had at Jack in the Box's in the area and you can tell it's because the people there care. Thanks so much Noah. Hope to see you soon. This Jack always takes so long and forgets items!! The workers here need to get it together because I've gone to the Jack that is on Ball&Brookhurtst and I don't have a problem there. The only reason why I come to this one is because it's close to my house but now I'm thinking I shouldn't.... I was in line for 20 minutes! Probably even longer but that's when I stopped my timer. It's called FAST food for a reason. People don't have time to waste when going to get fast food. Especially if the workers are getting paid much more than minimum wage.

Poor and false advertisement on the rams promo , guy mention its only valid online when it clearly says in person its just him being lazy to offer it as we ask why and response "IDK" he thought we didn't understand under his breath what he said until i spoke in spanish . Dining room is super unwelcoming and uncomfortable like who is even monitoring it ? Everyone is just in the kitchen therefore the team is unorganized and no communication at all , smells like piss by the soda machine and restrooms are also a mess !

Ordered the Cluck Sandwhich ($6.80) thinking Jack in the Box would make a decent chicken sandwich to go up against the other fast food chains. Boy was I wrong. It was D.R.Y. as ever and not the least bit tender. The breaded chicken lacked a crispy texture and the sauce was oddly sweet. When I asked for one buttermilk ranch to dip this in, they said there's a few. C'mon, do yall really need .27 cents so bad like that? Not worth a try at all.

Garbage restaurant...completely filthy. They are way overpriced, place is dirty, and you'd be better buying food from Ralph's.

Best all day / night fast food breakfast selection. Great app deals and nice rewards for free food . Gotta love the 2 tacos for 99 cents. They have the best tasting shakes.

Posted online,at every single door and the drive thru window "dining closes at midnight" more like employees lock the door and will not let you in at 8:30-9 then look at you through the window like your stupid, will not even come from behind the counter. did you walk there to pick up a mobile order? Too bad they will make you stand in the drive thru with all of the cars and wait. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Ordered 2 ranch, so when I got the bag, I asked if the ranches were inside. Worker said "no" because they didn't input it in the order. It was their mistake and they still didn't put the ranch in. You lost a customer over 50 cents. Bad business model! Smh!

The workers are so unsanitary!! The same person who took my money went to count the money from the register and then proceeded to grab my food without washing his hands or even wearing gloves ! Then handed me my food

I ordered some food and was told that any sauce would cost extra. I understand a charge could happen if an excessive amount of sauce request, but I just wanted one ranch to go with my chicken sandwich. The employee told me they can only give me ranch if I had chicken strips or nuggets but it didn't qualify for order and I would have to pay extra. It's unfortunate that this is not the only jack in the box location that has resorted to this as well.
