Sausage is MIA on my breakfast didn't get to eat it
Breakfast sandwich it was supposed to be sausage but I think they ran out so I didn't get to eat my breakfast today.

We ordered on the app. Drive thru service was quick even though, there was big line as dining room closed. Staff was friendly. Restaurant outside looked clean. Order was correct when given our bags. My only complaint was the amount of mayo on my burger was double and a half what you normally get. Had to use both napkins given to remove some of it. Tacos were crunchy and my special requests were made correctly.

open 24/7 and getting breakfastthey have the promo of the scrambler so I get that for the morning before work and the girl basically had an argument ment with me about the scrambler sandwich. I just asked for the scrambler sandwich that was on promo and she was arguing with me with what kind of bread was on it. All I told her was I wanted the promo one that was out front and she game be a breakfast jack sandwich which I didn't want. She said the ingredients and I said I don't know what the ingredients were cuz I saw it quickly. Then she charged me for something different so I just asked for a refund because I got over stimulaed and embarrassed and wanted to leave quickly. I had never felt so embarrassed about just ordering food I just wanted to get away from the lady. Then when you drive up to this jack in the box the automatic voice that comes on before the real person is the voice of the girl who always sounds like she hates working there. When I would first start coming here she would always forget to give me my receipt and the condiments for my frechtoast sticks. The other day I had asked for the promo they had going on it was like $5 and asked for sausage but they game me something else . Sometimes I like coming here but if I could I would always go to McDonald's or del taco but they are kinda out of the way on my way to work Minus 1 star because first impressions are great and the first impressions of here with the lady's voice who always sounds like it is a chore to ask for something greets you at the drive thru I get scared when ordering because I think she is there and I know I'm going to have to triple check all my stuff before I go. She might need some extra training on customer service I know it's tough because your in a drive thru but there is a lady at McDonald's who is just a pleasure to hear Minus one star because I feel like I am always having questions or needing something extra for my order that they mess up or somehow forget to give me. Minus one star they always tried to up charge me for a bigger drink even tho I didn't not say the biggest one. So just make sure you watch that they don't up charge you, I know it is just cents but sometimes that is everything for people it is always a younger guy who does this then I have to ask them for a refund for my drink cuz I didn't want the big one.

I wish I could see why this location has a rating or 2 stars. That number blows my mind because my experience was outstanding here. I didn't get the guys name but the guy working the register on June 15, 2024 at 9am had a great energy. Working hard making sure the guest get what they want and need in a timely manner. The ladies in the back are working hard and the food was hot and tasted great. The entire restaurant looked real clean and smelled clean. Even to the point where I went to the restroom and it was very clean in there and also smelled clean. This place is easily a 5 star location and thank you to all the employees for working hard here

I had not been to a jack n the crack in many years. Stopped here after midnight, because my son and his wife wanted to pick something up for the road. The place was hopping, probably due to people leaving Disneyland with the munchies.So I ordered a Jumbo Jack w/cheese and two of their greasy tacos. Both of my items were warm, fresh and "tasty" like I remembered them. I snagged a few fries from the son's order and they were hot and crispy. It hit the spot for the hour+ drive home. I didn't try them, but the DIL started the wings she ordered were better than expected. I'm thinking everything was "fresh" due to the amount of people lined up, so it was pretty much being made to order; especially the wings (who orders wings from Jack?) LMAO.
