Went there last week. It was fine. The cashiers were fine and attentive and nice. The restaurant and tables were clean, from what I can tell. The seats by the window were hard and uncomfortable but fine enough to sit and eat.The double burger was really good. Big and tasty. The fries were hard as a rock. I asked for another serving of the fries and was surprised the employee honored/accommodated it. Was not expecting that. The new serving of fries were really hot and soft, not soggy. Just right.In-N-Out It's not my favorite due to the atmosphere and crowds. Went there at 5:00 for dinner. It was crowding and cramped but we found seats. The atmosphere was okay but crowded. Employees were accommodating and attentive. Tables and and floor were clean. The fries were bad but were replaced upon request. The burger was tasty and the highlight of the experience.

Iconic. Always at or near the top of the lists of best fast-food burgers in the USA. There's a reason for that. Friends, family, co-workers, random strangers that you meet from out of state all want to do the same thing. Go and have In-N-Out. Again and again. Family that visits from the East Coast always have to stop and get some on the way to the house from the airport. Usually, a couple of times more during their visits. Is it the BEST burger that I have ever had? Quite frankly, no. But would I also rank it as the best fast-food burger...? ABSOLUTELY. There is something almost visceral in your physical reaction when you have one. Especially if it's been a while. Your body and taste buds recognize it and hone-in on it. But that's just my rant about In-N-Out overall.Regarding this particular location, the parking lot can be a little funky because it is shared with a Chick Filet. But they do have 2 lanes available for the drive-through. They will put somebody outside to take orders if they start to get busy, day or night. And that really helps speed up the process. By the time you get to the window (and the line moves pretty fast) I have never had to wait more than 60 seconds for my food to be handed to me. EVERY single employee has been nice and interactive with me since I have been going since this location opened. I used to go to the one in The Marketplace or on Chapman. They pay and treat their workers well and it shows in their attitude and their performance. This location rocks!

It is an In-N-Out, you should know what you are getting in terms of food, and it is good, and a good value. And what I got here was... drumroll please... an In-N-Out burger, like so many other from other places. But what does set one apart from another is the ease and time with which you can get in and out., and this was just so-so. I don't know if it the city, the zoning, the rules, or what, but the line to get in blocks too much parking and snakes in an odd way. Of the several local In-N-Outs I have the option of rolling in to, this will end up way down on the list.

Love this place. Line only took 20 min (drive thru) compared to the usual 30-40 min. No more traffic controller guys there to assist with traffic so I could see that sorta going nuts in the future. Food is delicious per usual. The down fall ... darn tax is 9.75% which is higher than other cities. So if you're a penny pincher and on a tight budget ... go to another In-N-Out because the sales tax is higher here hahahaha it's honest a few pennys more. Anyway love this place. I'll be back!

Welcome to store #379~Who would of guessed another In N Out would be opening in Santa Ana after the one on N. Bristol opened ? This one is better: it's located conveniently off the 55 freeway along with Canes & Chick-Fil-A. Guaranteed you're not gonna go hungry !Thanks to a very special invite, I was able to attend the Friends & Family event aka soft opening, my first time to a brand new store ! It was quite the ordeal. My favorite part ? They were giving out tours of the kitchen & the back restaurant area - which is basically off limits otherwise to the public. Can't even find YouTube videos on it, super top secret ! It's true folks, I saw with my own eyes that the meat is stored in a huge refrigerator aka the "traulsen" & the only freezer in the area is for the ice ! My hat goes off to all the hard working employees - customer service is always always top notch & despite it being a zoo, all of the associates were patient & had smiles ! Amazing. Another cool feature with this store is that the ice is the "Sonic Ice" aka perfectly shaped rounded pieces that also Cane's uses. Trust me it's a game changer with your drink. I also noticed the chilies are much spicier than before - not sure if every store was updated with a new type of chili or its just this one. Anyways, this store has ample parking & I would be curious how this will affect the traffic once its open a couple weeks. The food is always good & never tastes like preservatives. I'll always give a 5 star rating to In N Out, truly doesn't feel like fast food since the products are always fresh, never frozen.

Wasted 40 minutes here. Went at 3pm, there were hardly any customers, no line. This is a head scratcher! They screwed up my burger order twice. First time it was served to me too cold, bc the staff was working on 3 other orders, as it just sat there. Then when they remade the burger it was NOT well done and missing extra tomatoes. Not at all how I ordered it. They served it to me with cold room temp fries. So two burgers screwed up, and 2 sets of fries. The mgr was NOT apologetic. He just offered a refund or remake the burger. Only the cashier Darin was apologetic. They did give me my money back, even though they offered to remake the burger a 3rd time. I was experiencing low blood sugar so I stayed ate my burgerless fries! And pink lemonade!Left upset and headed to Del Taco next door for reliably good consistent food. This place lost their focus big time. They used to be so good.

I LOVE In-N-Out! And I normally have nothing bad to say but tonight, I have no idea what happened. Our hamburger buns were burned. You could taste the burn and parts of the bun were hard as a rock. We got 2 animal style fries and usually they are smothered in cheese and sauce. There was barely any on it. I found a black hard piece of what I assume was potatoo. Hard as a rock! The onion was so burned it was almost charcoal. I dont normally go to this location and hope maybe it was just a bad night.
