Met a colleague here on a Tuesday for breakfast at about 8 am. From the parking lot, the restaurant looked closed but was in fact open. Location is convenient: walk here from the SNA airport or from the nearby Atrium Hotel! I enjoyed the bacon avocado Eggs Benedict with hash browns and coffee. The restaurant was quiet, which helped us to talk about work. The staff was generally pleasant, and the food tasted good.Concerns: while the restaurant was not very busy at 8 am, my food came out a bit cold. My finger did not work on the tablet that we used to pay our bills, and the server rebuked me for using a greasy finger. Even if my finger was greasy - do not blame the customer.

I haven't been to an IHOP in almost 20 years and I know why now.Almost empty restaurant at dinner time. I have a feeling IHOP's will be going out of business soon.Service was friendly & fast, but the food was overpriced for cafeteria food. The pieces of chicken tenders I received were literally the size of a baby carrot or the size of my thumb & I have petite hands. Ridiculous & what a rip off. Never ever returning. I wish I had taken a picture. You're better off going anywhere else.

Staff:The server was so nice and I am sad I didn't get his name. Mail Hispanic man around noon on 10/30. Quality/Quantity:The food was good so no complaints. Got the chicken sandwich with fries and a lemonade. The server nicely brought me ranch without me asking and for me another lemonade without asking which is a big plus. The restaurant itself is a bit old. Plenty of seats so a good ambiance. There was tagging scratched in the bathroom which is frustrating but I guess with the airport across the street they get a lot of different people. Value:Ihop is a bit pricey in my opinion but in today's economy many things are. I'd come again if going to the airport again.

Under new management. They are FANTASTIC. The food was great. I had the Vegetarian egg white omelet. The server, Juan was attentive, helpful without being overbearing. Had his eye on our table constantly but never interrupted. I ordered coffee and they brought a pot to the table so I never had to wait for a refill. The restaurant was immaculate. They spent a lot of time and money to make it look new. Definitely will be back.

The personnel is attentive and the place is tidy. The value doesn't seem to be what I would have anticipated. At the Denny's across the street, the identical meal is 20% less expensive. In addition, Denny's offers me an AARP discount that isn't accessible at IHOP.Too costly. All I received was a $30 coffee and an omelet.

We tried the 3 pancake stack, and it was surprisingly tasty. The ambience was pretty cool, with all that John Wayne stuff nearby. The place has two stories, which was unexpected. And let's not forget the syrups - we drowned our pancakes in those!
