Hwang Hae Doh

Came here craving korean bbq after going to the shooting range across the street. Surprisingly was not busy on a Saturday afternoon, so we were seated right away. The overall price per person is very affordable compared to more popular spots like Gen or 2n1. The meat quality was very high and all the sides were yummy as well. The service was above average and they came to check in on us very frequently. Will come back when in the area :)

Food was not at all what it used to be! Listen to the reviews. + the inside could use an upgrade it was a little funky. Came here expecting a good meal & the quality was so bad we couldn't even finish our meal we had to go somewhere else! Rice paper was terribly dry, potato salad had pieces of plastic in it! And the meat was not it ! Service wasn't terrible, but when it came time for the bill they kept trying to get us to buy more meat & not bringing us the bill. When we told them there had been plastic pieces in our potato salad, they picked it out of our hand and told us it's because they wrap the potato salad in plastic and not to worry !! Absolutely ridiculous. $55 for this meal and we left our whole meal on the table SMH. Do not waste your time here.

I've been on the hunt for the tastiest AYCE KBBQ around. I've tried many other places that are far more modernized/Americanized but so far Hwang Hae Doh seems to be the most authentic and convenient establishment I've tried yet. Though this establishment is currently my go-to spot whenever i'm craving korean food, there is an overall lack of flavor with their meat so I'd suggest asking for their hot chili sauce which really amps up the whole dinner. I wish they had marinated brisket as without the hot sauce the brisket is quite flavorless. The spicy chicken is not spicy at all but that's what the hot sauce is for. The service here is quite standard however last night they had a little rush and it took me about 30 minutes to flag down a server. The ambiance is usually chill as this place is a little hole in the wall but to avoid any wait times/ crowds I'd suggest visiting during the afternoon or on a weekday.All in all I'm still on the hunt for the best tasting AYCE KBBQ around but I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area seeking some good Korean grub.3.5- Overall Quality 5/5- Hot chili sauce

Food was good service needs some work. We enjoyed the family time and the price dose Not matter to us. However the server demeanor was rude. I may not know their language, but she was very upset when we pointed out certain issues.However the thin man saved the day and confirmed and validator issue, and he rectify the situation. The rest of the night was more than easy.

A couple of friends wanted to treat me to their favorite AYCE korean bbq but it opens at 4 pm. We ended up here after driving around, looked familiar to me though. Until I got inside, I do remember eating at this place a few years back or longer (pre-pandemic day seems like a decades ago). Friends said they were also here before.I do remember this place to be affordable and packed with the young crowd at night back then. This time we were the only customers during lunch time. No service problems there. We had the higher end menu or B Menu which has and addition 10 more choices than the A Menu...B Menu had sirloin, short rip, squid, corn cheese, garlic, steamed egg. intestine, and steamed rice.The overall experience this time was not how I remembered. Our party of 3 can only order 3 meats at a time. I agree with one other Yelper that during the 1st round of meat, you're served whole platter full (especially brisket and bulgogi) and limits you to try the other meats. The banchan served are meh.Price nand service fee...I left that to my friends...thankful!

Very good Korean barbecue for the price. Service is very excellent and I always like coming here with a family of no more than six.

Employees are very helpful and friendly ! Food was great quality and very tasty. Very accommodating for groups and I recommend coming here!

I love this place when I'm craving affordable, AYCE KBBQ. While it's not the highest end quality of meat, it's still superior over chains like Gen. I'm a fan fav of the spicy pork bulgogi and the Kalbi. The service is also super prompt, so you don't have to worry about waiting long for refills of your meat!

I went here to try this place and omg it is delicious. Highly recommended. Forget Gen that place is always packed and this place taste better.

HIGHLY CONTAMINATED FOOD Came here yesterday & woke up at 3am with a bad stomachache, diarrhea & vomiting . I'm never coming back to this location. I used to love kbbq but after last night I don't want to have it anymore. I am truly disgusted. Service was also bad my sister kept getting up to tell the lady to come serve our salads, for more meat etc. ugh.
