This is a cute coffee shop in old town Tustin. Parking is a bit tight so find street parking if you can! Food: we had the bacon biscuit, chilaquiles and the breakfast sandwich Drinks: Am special ( dirty chai with oat milk and brown sugar cinnamon ), strawberry vanilla latte w/ oat milk and the rose cherry latte ( VDAY special) The service was nice and fast. The food and drinks were good! Great place to catch up with friends or to catch up on emails.

7/10 Matcha Latte (Iced, with Whole Milk and Honey): The drink was just okay--nothing particularly special about it. I had tried it before and found it better then, but this time it was mediocre. I would not come again.10/10 Service: Good. Fast service.9/10 Price: $5.95 in total for the matcha latte. Price is not bad, especially for the location.

Hola Adios is how I feel after each human interaction. Kindred spirits we are, dear Coffeeshop. The staff is expedient and courteous. There are two entrances, one includes a ramp, the other is like a red carpet door where diners stare at you as you open and walk through the door. The chilaquiles with their green (mild) salsa is crispy, savory, and exactly the kind of gustation I prefer. The latte tastes of sunshine, the vanilla flavored latte is next level. The biscuits are flaky, buttery and the size of a medium fist. Parking is easy in downtown Tustin, as the universe intended.

Tried a different biscuit sandwich this time!+ Slow N' Low Barbacoa Biscuit Sandwich ($12) with the green salsa: preferred this over the avocado one, very thick and filling, wish there were more pickled onions. Biscuit crispy edge is nice but have had better biscuits.

Located in Old Town Tustin lands a nice and cozy coffee shop, Hola Adios is its name. There are scattered parking spaces around. There is indoor and outdoor seating so you can get your food to go or sit and stay and enjoy your meal there. I came here to try their biscuit breakfast sandwich. The man up front recommended the bacon and friends, it was good. I enjoyed the biscuit. I wish the eggs were cooked more fluffy or that there was a choice for an over-easy egg. I wonder if I can request that in the future. I also got an iced mocha latte and it was good. You can also get it hot. There are many other drink options such as tea lattes, hot tea, cold brew coffee, and drip coffee. Overall, a great place to stop by if you're in the area.

Old town Tustin always has the best shops giving off the homey-est vibes. I had a meeting to go in Tustin so I wanted to find a space to grab a coffee and get some work done. I stumbled upon this cute spot and with both outdoor and indoor seating. They also have free wifi making it easy to get some work done. I grabbed a brulee latte and an avocado toast. It ended up coming out to around $20. The latte only comes with whole milk and hot which was good and tasted like a standard cup of sweetened coffee. The avocado toast was your basic sourdough with sliced avocado and pickled red onions. Parking in these areas can be tricky, but I was able to find street parking quite easily. Overall, everything tasted good and the service was friendly.

Me and my wife think Hola Adios is a underrated gem in Tustin! Located in Old Town Tustin, the shop continues that homey feel of the location inside as well! From the outside it even looks like it could be a house. Their drinks are delicious as well, and the baristas are super friendly! We will definitely be coming back for coffee now and then!

Loved the cozy vibes of this place. I entered and immediately felt the warm air and smell of cinnamon and coffee. Although parking was a bit hard to get it was worth it to see their unique lattes. There's a Winter Drink menu right now so I tried the Brûlée Con Leche and a banana Nutella turn over. My Brûlée had a deliciously sugar torched top and had a perfect blend of brown sugar and cream. Definitely try this before winter ends. The turnover was soft and sweet, just as it's meant to be. I enjoyed looking at their merch while I waited for my order and appreciated the friendly service.
