Small place but food is pretty good. Food here is made to order! Not already made buffet style pick & serve!Very delicious and fulfilling!I ordered the lunch special, includes one side order of your choice, I got the beef and broccoli with fried rice it also comes with small soup of the day, and an egg roll.I recommend this place Definitely would buy from here again.. Nothing fancy It's a small and cozy.

I have mixed feelings about Ho Ho China, but the things they did well, they did really well.Why the mixed feelings? As others have noted, getting food to-go is your best option. The few tables there don't make it remotely the full-service restaurant I was hoping for. All ordering is at the counter. All drinks are cans/bottles. No ice water, either. Ambiance? None.Now, for the really good? The food. It's excellent. I chose shrimp w/lobster sauce, a old-timey dish I've had elsewhere many times. Ho Ho China's interpretation of this dish was perfect. The fresh preparation made all the difference. This isn't food that's reheated, it's food made to-order and the fresh taste of everything shines through. Even something as simple as their fried rice tasted better than the competition.If Ho Ho China was a full-service restaurant, it might be the best in Southern California. As it is, it's a fantastic choice for a quality take-home meal.

Family style servings on to go. Shrimp fried rice, vegetables chow mein and orange chicken is really good I definitely want to try more items on the menu soon

Ho Ho has changed a bit over the years but continues to have tasty Chinese food. Lunch deals are the best. Better to order to go due to limited seating n challenging parking. Everything ordered so far has been on point.

Super good place. Everything is cooked upon ordering. I always go back. So far all dishes ordered have been bomb!

Since the COVID years it has lost its charm a little. You get paper plates to eat on with cheap plastic utensils and you no longer get complimentary fried wontons, you now have to purchase them. I never really understood why rice never comes with the entrees. They know damn well a lot of what they cook is normally eaten with rice traditionally.Obviously the price has gone up of course. On the plus side the food still tastes pretty good.

The food here is good, but the attitudes of the employees is what extracts from the overall feel of this restaurant. The shrimp fried rice, honey walnut shrimp and chop suey are the go tos here, yet if you want better customer service and less attitude frequent elsewhere.

Bbq pork is dry and comes with ALOT of hard broccoli would not recommend this dish. Only dish that has been worth coming back for is the chowmein it's actually flavorful. Everything is either lacking flavor or is 70 percent vegetable with a bit of meat not worth the price.

For being a hole in the wall, we absolutely love this place!! All the food choices have been amazing!! We love their broccoli beef and bbq pork fried rice!! Long time customers.
