HiroNori Craft Ramen - Santa Fe Springs

Had an amazing service experience. The food was on point and environment was memorable. We specifically had a great encounter with a General Manager named AJ. He was excellent. His attention to every need our table had really made an impression. The staff here served us with quality and distinction! I will be coming back and recommending this place to all of my colleagues and friends!

This spot has officially become my favorite ramen spot! The food was out of this world--the broth was rich and comforting, and the toppings tied everything together so beautifully. What really made my visit was the exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, AJ was so friendly and welcoming. He took the time to recommend a few dishes and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience, and honestly, he nailed it.If you're looking for amazing food and even better service, you have to check out Hironori Ramen. Food quality was not satisfactory. Fried chicken was fried too long...soup was not hot...more like warm? The layered I oil started to congeal by the time it was brought out. It was probably sitting there while the chicken was being fried too long. Portion is not a lot and quite expensive for $18. Seating area is nice and clean. Staff is nice, just wish the food quality was better.

Good and service is still great, but the check in process and waiting area has some opportunities. Not everyone seems to know you have to check in online or at kiosk and no one is really available to help. That leaves a lot of people standing by the front door until someone comes by to ask if they have checking in via kiosk/online. The free tea in the waiting area is a nice feature, but it was empty. Might as well get rid of it, cause I would have been fine without it, but trying to fill a cup from an empty thermos in a crowded waiting area is kind of embarrassing and had no idea what to do with empty cup so I just put it back in the stack. Not sanitary, I know, but was I going to hold an empty cup for who knows how long? Clear signs would be helpful. That said, once seated, the food and service was as expected but was not the same experience from my last visit. May have to look into take out. At least there is no service charge to deal with and no awkward waiting. Food wise, the fried chicken and spicy cold noodles were the stand out and tonkatsu ramen and pork buns being a close 2nd.

The cutest little restaurant in a pretty random part of town but I just love it! We were first timers I was happy to know this is less than a mile from my job. They do have outlines for seating a party --mostly due to limited seating so I definitely get that. We ordered the Yuzu lemonade & Arnold Palmer for drinks. So very tasty! Refreshing. Spicy tuna on crispy rice (2 piece) this was heavenly, fresh tuna, the ripest avocado, crispiest rice & tasty sauce on top--probably some of the best I've ever had! Easily could've eaten 6 pieces. Now for the ramen, absolutely divine! I added plenty of garlic & spice that my broth turned a shade of red. This was absolutely mouth watering, I savored every bite. The broth was full of flavor, it was almost creamy. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the pork was buttery. This was some of the best ramen I ever had. The egg was perfectly jammy. I cannot wait to have this meal again! This small space was pretty full for our whole visit, this was also the first evening where winds were extremely high so I imagine everyone was looking for something warm & cozy, they came to the right place. Looking forward to returning soon!

Delicious. Cute spot. Take out was easy. Tonkatsu ramen was flavorful and filling. Noodles were fresh and delicious. The fresh grated garlic and spicy condiment was a perfect add on. Mix them together & added mine to the broth. The cucumber crab salad was refreshing, crunchy and seasoned well. Huge order for an appetizer.

Super cute spot for some Ramen! Staff was very friendly and it was clean with a nice ambiance inside. Music was playing but not too loudly and it wasn't too packed. A perfect spot to catch up with friends and have some good food! Spicy tuna rice bowl was delicious and the small is a perfect amount if you're not too hungry! Ramen was also delicious but the pork pieces we were given were a little too chewy and not cooked evenly unfortunately. Other than that perfect spot!

We always pass by this place and never got a chance to try it. Today was the day. It's a small place and not too much seating but it does get busy . Set up is so cute and I love the chairs . Waitress came quick to serve. Menu very simple and you can check on yelp for pictures. So I went for the tonkotsu soup it comes with pork , bean sprouts , spinach , green onions and half an egg. It's pretty good I would definitely go back again . I did add their spicy sauce which is Sriracha . Just fyi they add in the tip but I guess you can tell me to take it off and put your own tip

I've never tried ramen before so I have nothing to compare this too but after trying this place I don't think any other ramen place can ever compare. It really set the bar for me. This place is a bit small but the food is incredible! I tried the vegan ramen and it was SO FLAVORFUL! The broccolini on top was crispy which I was surprised the broth didn't make it soggy. I was honestly impressed. I'm truly a ramen fan now. It's so good I seen a lot of people come here alone just to eat here and I love how the seating is set up. Also the lemonade is fireee! So definitely try that!

Arrived at 6:00pm. Upon walking in. Waitress told us that 'We will open up the waitlist in 45min'. When there are people coming in. So we ended up ordering takeout and now at 6:16 their online waitlist is back open.
