10/10 Tonkotsu Ramen - Omg idk where to even start. This bowl of ramen is BOMB. Everything from the broth, to the beautifully made shashu, and ooo! Bean sprouts are also in here. I can't forget about the yummy egg!!! My fav spot to get ramen.10/10 service is a 10/10 everytime i come here. They provide amazing service.5/10 price - $17.90 BEFORE TAX AND TIP. Keep in mind they will tell u they're adding 16% tip on ur tab and if u would like to change it out. I hate that... they shouldn't be pressuring ppl like that on the tip. Smh. The total after tip and taxes came out to $22.

HiroNori is literally the best ramen EVER. I love ramen, but it's so hard to even go anywhere else when you've been to HiroNori (a blessing and a curse). The tonkotsu is amazing with perfect broth and noodles. A tip would be to add the black garlic oil - it takes the ramen up even one more notch. We also always add the spicy tuna crispy rice appetizer. It hits the spot without filling you up before your ramen feast. And if I'm really feeling good, I'll order the Yuzu pina colada which is the ACTUAL yummiest drink ever. Service is good - servers are helpful and quick. The restaurant itself is a little small but it's perfect for the Japanese noodle bar vibe. The wait can be longggg any evening, so I suggest joining the waitlist on yelp before heading over.

I came here on a Sunday night with one of my girlfriends. We thought there wasn't a wait but once we got inside and added our name to the waitlist, we saw that there were 50 people ahead of us! Wow. We decided to wait in the car. The wait was about an hour. Butttt it was worth it! The ramen here was soooo good. The noodles were a perfect texture and bouncy. The broth was very rich and flavorful! The restaurant was somewhat small hence the wait but people eat and go so it was not too bad. I'd def come back!

This is the second time I have tried HiroNori and it does not disappoint! They will permanently stay in my top places for ramen!The service was great and the ramen came out quick. The broth for the Tonkotsu ramen was SO rich, tasty, and flavorful. Everything you could possibly want for your ramen. The Shoyu ramen was quite delicious as well and the broth was yummy! If you want possibly some of the best ramen out, look for HiroNori. They have multiple locations in LA as well.

High quality ramen and great service. It's a small restaurant that seats only about 8 or 10 tables. They do not take reservations, but you can enter a waitlist. Lots of parking in lot right in front of the restaurant. Tonkotsu ramen was delicious!

Yum! I ordered the tonkatsu ramen combo with the spicy tuna rice bowl and salad. All of the items were really good. Came out hot & was super flavorful. The meat smell wasn't strong at all which I am sensitive to in pork dishes (iykyk). We also ordered fried chicken which was also really tasty & crispy and soft. The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere and the staff is really friendly. I would recommend the spot to anyone craving japanese ramen. One thing I noticed tho is that the chair is really uncomfortable. The wood and the gaps in the chair kind of hurt to sit in after a while. But other than that everything tasted great and made the visit worth.

Enjoyed the food and quick service! Tried vegan ramen - broth was full of flavor. The eel buns were a mix of crunchy and soft. Could have used a little more bun, but the taste was good. Lots of small tables so not ideal for any large groups.

So good! This place was highly recommended and I can agree. No reservations, but you can call ahead to save some time. There was a wait for a table even on a Monday night. Casual place with decent seating.Excellent vegan ramen bowl. Great flair, huge portion and lots of substance. Good service. Price was on higher side on my opinion, but delicious and good quality food.

If I had to pick one ramen place that makes me nostalgic of our japan trips, it's definitely hironori. Their ramens are always super flavorful and most similar to the ramen flavors we had back in Japan. Parking for this location was packed on a random weekday in late afternoon, and we did have a 20 minute or so wait too. However, the food didn't disappoint. We got both shoyu and tonkotsu ramens with a pork rice combo, and a side of crunchy chicken. The pork rice was well seasoned and delicious too. My kids loved the chicken, even without the sauce! Service was good and attentive, even though they were pretty busy with a full house. It's definitely one of our favorite ramen places, and the flavors at this location are similar to the ones I originally had before in Pasadena location too.

This place will always have a wait and it's to be expected because this place is REALLY GOOD. This is my go to favorite ramen spot to delight in. Although there's a wait.. check in and go next door to the food hall to grab a drink. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes. I always order the tonkotsu ramen with the complimentary garlic and spicy sauce on the side. The shoyu is also fantastic if you want something less heavy. Honestly, you can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. Broths are always rich and flavorful. Noodles are never overcooked and has the perfect amount of chew to them. Chashu is tender and seared. You can't go wrong. I've heard the vegan ramen is one of the best items on their menu which is wild to me. I also always order the crispy rice spicy tuna because it's the perfect amount of crunch combined with the soft and spicy of the tuna on top. Flavors and textures. *chefs kiss* As mentioned, although the restaurant is small, it's the perfect place for a casual date night or going out with friends (or by myself which I've done here plenty of times). Servers are friendly, attentive, and fast. Connor is usually my server and he's always given me the best service and recommendations to help me make decisions. I don't think I could ever go anywhere else for ramen now. I love you, Hironori.
