Higo Sushi

Wow! From the moment we walked into Higo Sushi, we were treated like family. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Luis, and he went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Instead of ordering off the menu, he took charge and brought out an incredible wave of dishes, ranging from Peruvian specialties to fresh sushi, both warm and cold.The tasting menu he curated for us was nothing short of amazing--we didn't want it to end! One of the standout dishes was the seared sea bass; it was cooked to perfection, buttery, and full of flavor. The sushi? Huge and absolutely delicious!On top of the fantastic food, the staff was incredible--funny, welcoming, and super attentive. They made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night.If you're looking for a unique fusion of flavors, generous portions, and a team that makes you feel right at home, Higo Sushi is the place to go. We'll definitely be back for more!

Been trying to gatekeep this place, but they deserve their flowers!Omgahh, Higo is hands down my favorite sushi spot! We always order the Peruvian Roll, Lomo Saltado, and Animal Style, and they NEVER miss. Even when we try something new, it's always a hit!The prices? Great. The parking? Easy. The customer service? Always on point.If you haven't been here yet, you're seriously missing out. Definitely a must-try!

Great and fast service ! The food was so savory and fresh. We ordered several rolls but we came for the Peruvian fusion! We ordered chaufa and the flavor was delish. Each plate was packed with flavors. I will definitely come back.

Had sushi for dinner at Higo Sushi with my lady friend. We each ordered 2 rolls for dinner. Hawaiian and spicy tuna for me, spider and dragon. Walked in at 7:20 on a Friday without a reservation and waited for about 15 minutes for a table. Food was good and once we were seated we were allowed to linger after we finished our sushi and chat at the table. We will be back

The food was ok. I liked the tempura shishito peppers , they were pretty good and came out hot The spicy edamame were ok. The service was ok too. The server did not come by to ask us how we were doing once the food came out. The rice was brought out with my appetizers. I'm used to eating my rice with my chicken teriyaki, not with my appetizer, so by the time I got my entree, the rice was cold. I had to flag down the sever and ask her for another bowlOf rice to be brought out with my chicken teri. The chicken teriyaki was big, but not very tasty. They used to be better. The ambiance was ok, they had football on.

Good for fast food.Service was good, the ambiance was spacious and clean. Food was good, not the best, but not bad either. Try it out for yourself.

Love Higo Sushi! 5 stars! Peruvian meets Japanese food! Amazing food combinations. The sushi is fresh with a nice Peruvian twist, like chimichurri. Service is super fast and friendly!

This is my second time coming to this place for some sushi. Place is small but quaint. Service is really good and very attentive. Price is a little up there, but well worth it. We've usually order a bunch of rolls aside from sushi. So many to mention, but you cant really go wrong. Overally very good.

The front dining serves probably less than 100 people which makes it feel intimate. My favorite is sitting at the bar. However, I have also sat at the dining tables. Their green tea comes to you freshly made in the cutest mugs. I've eaten here twice and both times I was impressed. Both times I asked the server for their favorites and wasn't disappointed. Customer service spot on. Prices are slightly higher than most sushi but the quality, cleanliness, and taste makes it perfect. My photos attached sure what I ate. The edamame is probably the best spicy garlic edamame I've ever had. We did have a cucumber salad that wasn't my all-time favorite, but it was still nice and refreshing. To me, the samplers are the best because you get a little variety of everything.I came when it initially opened years ago and wasn't impressed. Super glad I gave it another try because now I can't get enough!
