Not bad my first time here. Parking was a bit hard to find. Drinks were good. I got their cloud coconut blue and I got my friend her strawberry cheese boom. Both not bad and not too sweet. Service was amazing and quick about asking and answering anything I had to ask about the drinks since it was my first time there. Ambiance was on point.

Decent tea here but boba stands out here. Got half sweet but drink didn't have much tea flavor and mostly just brown sugar.I got the supreme brown sugar bobo milk tea. Boba was hot and with great flavor and chewiness. But most of the drink tasted like just brown sugar. I also got the hot bobo oat milk. Has good creamy oat flavor but also brown sugar heavy. Great store if you prefer sweeter drinks but I prefer a more tea heavy taste. Would probably come back to try their fruity drinks.

A lot of the reviewers were right: their "tea" is terrible but their mango smoothie is delicious. Mango grapefruit slushie: real mango and chunks of grapefruit. Lots of jellies and chewy bits. Feel like this is the only drink worth getting. Crispy grape slushie: it was mostly red grape juice with about 4 grapes at the bottom. It's exactly what you expect from juiced grape juice. Wouldn't recommend.Cloudy jasmine tea: the jasmine was not very good, similar to jasmine tea from Ralphs with some salted cheese foam at the top. I threw it away. Actually no line on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't a long wait. Parking is still too small.

Eh, not really a big fan.Went back in September. Crazy line, parking was a mess, but honestly the drink wasn't that great. I remember the milk was just very overpowering and made the drink taste like icy flavored milk more than anything.There have been some locations opening up in the Bay Area. I don't mind trying it again especially if someone who knows how to navigate their menu can recommend a flavor.

Best grape drink I've had. I got the crispy grape something but it was so so refreshing esp with the warm weather. Fiance got the yumberry which was a little tart/sour for my taste. Friends said that this place is the best and I would def try again, their fruit drinks look good.

Lovely tea shop in the area. I like how you can place your order ahead of time.I came here because I saw the Yayoi Kusama collaboration.I ordered the following drinks:Matcha bobo- Love! Super strong matcha flavor Brown sugar bobo milk - really good if you don't want caffeineI also came back to try their fruity drinks. One thing I would like to note it's the ordering part for sugar is not clear. I decided to try the grape cheese foam and realized my drink tasted really articulate like fake sugar. Since the shop prides itself on no artificial flavors, I went back to ask why my drink tasted really artificial. He then checked my drink and label and said that's because I picked the 0- cal fake sweetener. I think that part was not clear at all on the ordering online part since it says real 0-cal sweetener. He told me you're supposed to just leave that part blank. So just a heads up if you're placing an online order- skip the sugar selection area. Now that I know how to order, I'm looking forward to trying more drinks.

Finally I drove by and there was no wait for hey tea. Ordered through self serve kiosk and ended up getting a jasmine matcha latte .. Pretty good. Nice jasmine flavor which was pretty unique. Matcha quality was excellent. Overall very balanced matcha drink. I can see myself coming back pretty often .

I've heard about this bona place but am rarely in the area to try it out but I finally was able to try out the drinks. I got the coconut mango milk tea and my friend got the classic Jasmine tea. I really liked my drink. The mango was sweet but not too sweet and the coconut added a nice creamy texture. I ordered the self kiosk and there wasn't a line but the wait did take 10-15 mins since there were a few people in front of us. It's a small shop so not a place to study or sit and talk. It is a grab-and-go place. I would come back or try the boba again if there's a Heytea near the area. There was a graph drink that sounded good and want to try that next time.

I can see why Heytea always has a line! Download the app and order and save yourself the wait! I heard good things about their coconut mango boom and they were all true! Got mine less sweet which was perfect. Lots of fresh mango, coconut jelly and sago - a great dessert drink!My daughter ordered a hot supreme brown sugar boba milk, which according to the website was caffeine free, but I think there was a glitch in their system and she got the one with tea because the sticker on the side said there was tea in it and she was definitely buzzing afterwards. Oops. I hate the parking lot in this mall and dread coming here for anything. If you order ahead, come with someone else so one of you can hop out of the car and pick up so you don't have to fuss with parking.

supreme brown sugar bobo milk tea drink was 8/10. Really good and felt very deserty! Good milk tea and boba.. got 100% sweet which I thought was a bit much so I would recommend like 50%. Coconut mango boom was a good drink too, perfect amount of sweetness.Why it felt short was the price and the inside of the shop. Only 1 tablet to order, no where to sit or wait inside. It also smelled really bad when we were inside, unsure why but we stood outside because it just smelled weird. I would maybe come back, but there are other spots for a cheaper price with similar quality.
