I AM SO GLAD I FINALLY TRIED THIS RESTAURANT!! They actually have two locations, and I'm glad I went to this one for my first visit! The food we ordered was soo good! We ordered quite a few things: For starters: Hanuman's ceviche, crying tiger, the son-in-law's egg. While all were great, our favorite was the ceviche! A different twist, with a refreshing taste. Meal: pad see ew, gai Todd hat yai ( fried chicken with sweet rice) , massam curry. . THE CHICKEN WAS SO GOOD!! Crispy and full of flavor and the rice compliments it well.Dessert: Thai tea creme brûlée and coconut ice cream with butterfly pea leaf sticky rice. Overall, our meal was fantastic! everything was great but there were some top picks! . Staff was so attentive and always checked on us, and refilled our waters but not in an annoying way HAHA. and we also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Minh who came by to chat with us a bit! We will definitely come back to try other items on the menu!

Usually love hanuman but ordered take out today specifically the pannang with hanger steak and my steak tasted like lamb :( I thought it was just me but my family tried a bite and questioned if it was even steak without me mentioning what I was tasting.

An incredibly solid place for Thai food. I don't know what the reputation is for this place in the area, but living away from OC, I have only heard good thingsPricing: In 2025, slightly higher than average going from the teens to the 20s, with the type of protein being the largest variable on how much the dish ends up costingFood: Each time I have been here, I have gotten the panag curry and pad see ew, with each dish being a combination of sweet and savory, but a deep savory taste that I don't get to experience at many places. With the large selection, it's really hard to go wrong, and it's. a little tough to want to branch out when I have found 2 very solid dishesService: Very attentive wait staff that made sure that I was checked up on and that everything with my meal was going wellOverall: When in OC, this is definitely a staple that will always be on my go to list of places to eat

This is a great stop for some quality Thai food with friendly servers and warm ambient lighting. The prices seem a bit higher than other Thai restaurants but the quality of the food is definitely worth it. We ordered:- Gai Todd Hat Yai: very crispy and well seasoned fried chicken with great sauce pairings. This was our favorite- Crying tiger: meat was tender but overall was just okay. A bit pricy for what you get- Khao soi: delicious curry broth

Located in a strip mall across the Triangle off of the 55 fwy, is this new gem. I'm told this is their new location, as the original is located in Costa Mesa, on Bristol. They open at 3pm, and we were right at the door waiting for it to open. Being the hungry hippos we are, we immediately scanned the menu and did not hesitate to make our choices: Crying Tiger beef, Hanuman fried rice, and Masaman curry.Listen - when I tell you I regret taking photos of the beautiful masterpieces that we were presented with, these dishes were like a work of art. Okay, maybe a bit of exaggeration, but presentation, taste, flavors, portions ... 10/10. The service is top notch. We didn't have our water glasses empty at any moment; they were attentive to us to ensure finished plates were no longer and unnecessarily crowding our table, and the food was prepared quickly. What I will say, is that the space is quaint. It is however, beautifully decorated. Also, by my observations, it is very popular because the place was quickly packed with parties of solo diners, date nights, and family dinner parties. One thing that may be disappointing but is not by any means a deal breaker - the desert and alcohol menus were pretty basic, but that's alright if you're not looking to consume extra calories lolParking is easy as it is in a shopping center, where there are plenty of things to do before and after your meal!

Cute atmosphere, we didn't have a reservation and had to wait about 40 minutes. They do not accept reservations. I got the pad Thai which was delicious. I have had better pad Thai but this one was tasty too! Service was fast and friendly. We sat outside, ambiance was okay.

Delicious! Really yummy Thai food! Arguably some of the best Thai food I've ever had! My husband and I ordered for pick up. We split the Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodle (spicy), Gai Todd Hat Yai, and the House Greens. The Pad See Ew and Drunken Noodle had amazing noodles. So bouncy and chewy! Delicious noodles that really soaked up the sauce. The Pad See Ew was insanely delicious. With the sauce on the side, the Pad See Ew was addictive and balanced. The pieces of egg were my favorite! The Drunken Noodle was also delicious. Loved the spice level. The Gai Todd Hat Yai was also delicious! The chicken was seasoned well and juicy. Loved the combination of the chicken with the sweet and sour sauce and fried pieces of shallot. A delicious bite of food! Would absolutely come back! I'd love to eat the Pad See Ew again! I'd also especially love to try the Pad Thai.

So apparently they do have 2 locations. This one is off of the 55 freeway heading towards Newport Beach. The other one apparently is Bristol. I have been here once before and loved it. Everything was good. Today the only thing I didn't like much was the curry . It was a little too sweet in flavor. My favorite was the papaya salad, beef, the spicy drunken noodles and soup. Food came out quick, staff is friendly. Came around a few times checking up on us, refilling our water and napkins. They do have plenty of parking in the lot compared to the other location. Offering indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend coming before the rush.. I've been here before and it does it pack for dinner around 830pm. We definitely be back again.

Hanuman is a modern restaurant that puts a spin on the classic touch of Thai cuisine. Hanuman's menu comprises of Thai staples like pad thai, pad see ew, and khao soi. The khao soi was a wondrous blend of flavors and was very comforting to eat. The pad see ew had an extremely pungent kick and was extremely sweet. It's a great place to share a meal.

The food was good but the wait staff rushed us out of the restaurant. They have a 90min dine in limit!!!! They asked if we wanted to box our food WHILE we were still dining and dropped off to go boxes when we didn't even ask for them. Would not come back. Service is ass
