There's something satisfying about their char burger. So much flavor! Love getting grilled onions with it!! The staff in front had wonderful customer service.

Stopped by this place around 6 PM on February 20th to pick up a DoorDash order. There was an older gentleman at the counter, who seemed to be either the head cashier or manager, though he didn't have a name tag. I showed him the order on my screen, expecting a smooth pickup. He looked confused and his English wasn't the clearest, which wouldn't usually be a big deal if we could still get things done. Unfortunately, the language barrier became a real issue when I tried to confirm if the order was ready.He told me the order had already been picked up, but I double-checked and asked him to look again. He then said he hadn't received any orders, which didn't make sense at all. The whole conversation was hard to follow, so I called DoorDash for help. When I asked him to check his iPad, it seemed a bit off--like the app wasn't even open. At this point, the customer canceled the order while I was still there, and I left with nothing.Honestly, it seemed like this location or this specific person needs more training if they're going to partner with delivery services like DoorDash. The whole situation was poorly handled and didn't inspire confidence. These delivery services have become an integral part of their business, and if they're not trained to deal with it, it's just bad business. Too often, it feels like delivery drivers are treated like a separate entity from the customer, when in reality, we're just the go-between. The staff needs to understand that their service isn't just about in-house customers, but the ones relying on delivery too.

Second time!I love The Habit. The burgers are great. This is my second time ordering from the Santa Ana location. I do feel this location is decent, but not as good as other locations. It still hits that craving though!I just can't get enough of the VEGGIE BURGER. This is by far my favorite veggie burger at a fast-food restaurant. It's just so good. I typically don't like veggie patties because they are usually gross and taste like vegetables. But The Habit has a GREAT veggie patty. It tastes like a burger patty, not vegetables lol I always add avocado to my burger. That is a nice touch. Now I am craving a veggie burger from The Habit lol

We had 2 of their food trucks come to our place of work and they did a great job!! Burgers were delicious, fries were awesome, food was nice and hot! They had different condiments out, sodas. It was a nice day to be hanging outside. They were extremely organized for the large group of people that we were! Great job!!

You really can't go wrong with the Habit. I've eaten at this location twice. My double char was cooked to perfection. Another time I ordered the garden salad with 5 piece chicken bites. I like to make my own salad that way. I mix the balsamic with the sweet honey mustard. It's so good! Service and ambiance were both up to par for a Habit location.

Yesenia I think this is her name. Yesterday, I went to get a salad and a cookies and cream shake. When I received the shake, it was not full and there was no whip cream. I suppose it was the manager or lead who gave it to me. Yesenia apologized and filled the shake to the appropriate level, adding whip cream and cookie crumbs. I wish I had taken pictures of it before and after! Her customer service is exceptional! That lead or manager should take some notes and learn how to properly make a shake! The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because of this wonderful employee!!P.S. if I misspelled your name I do apologize.

I ordered food through Uber eats, a salad and kids meal to be exact. Well, I'm missing the dressing that is supposed to go with my salad. I don't even have dressing to go with it at home so I guess I'm eating a dry salad today. Also, my daughter's kid's meal was missing a few things that we specifically asked for on the order. Overall, really bad experience.

Ever since I moved to the area, I have been visiting this place again and again. I highly recommend their Double Charburger and Santa Barbara Cobb Salad. Food is always fresh and I can tell good ingredients are used. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. Last but not the least, the champions on the other side of the counter are always working hard while providing great service. A special mention for Heidi who has always been very kind and helpful every time I have been around.
