Food never fails here. The fries are amazing. The service is really why I am writing this review. I am not a fan of doing orders on a kiosk . Ruth looked over to me and offered to help. I was so happy that I did not have to use the food kiosk. Thank you Ruth for the excellent customer service. We need more people like you.

The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The cashier was pleasant and took my order eagerly. He was also knowledgeable of what the burger consisted of. I ordered The Char Cheeseburger. The Char Cheeseburger was delicious and made to order. It looked exactly like the advertised pictures. I really enjoyed my meal and recommend this restaurant.

Mr. Krabs runs this place now I guess... After I paid $22 for a burger & 2 fries, I asked for some ranch at the drive thru window and was told that they charge for that now. I asked when that started and he said "August of last year." INTERESTING... I've come here multiple times since then and have paid $0 for ranch every single time. Nickel and diming your customers worse than the Krusty Krab... now that's a NASTY HABIT. SAD!

Unfortunately, another disappointing experience at Habit. The food is usually great and I used to rave about this location; however, the normal manager who is there was missing (she's fantastic!). They were understaffed for a Sunday which I understand, but finding a blue thread in my burger is outrageous. We ordered in (2 charburgers, one protein style, two kids meals, 2 fries, and onion rings). We ate our fries while our kids enjoyed their meal and took our burgers home. Usually this place is fantastic but this is the second experience we've had at a Habit that has been subpar. It's sad for us because we choose this over any other burger place. And the worst part? I was using my redemption coupons from our last bad experience when we ordered

It has been awhile since I had Habit Burger. This location is clean and well lit. Staff were friendly. I used to kiosk to place my orders. I ordered Double charburger with cheese (additional fee for cheese) combo $17 and Charburger with cheese combo $15. Combo comes with French fries and fountain drink. The bun was soft. Patties were cooked well and juicy. The sauce compliment the burger well. The combo meal satisfied my hunger. I would come back here again.

Burger is good on a good day and meh on a usual day unfortunately. Decent alternative to other burger places but there are better options out there sadly. Take out is always good but the ambiance is somewhat dingy with the lighting and the interior (depends on the location of course)

We walked in at 8:10 and we were waiting to order. When it was our turn the cashier did not greet us and seemed irritated. They don't close until 9. The guy says the lobby is closed just so you know. I was like ok, what does that mean. Ready irritated we ordered and took it to go. Not my fault they are having side conversations rather than helping us. We have season passes to Disney and thats why we are here because it is next to our hotel. I promise you we wont be back, i also do not recommend this business at this location. Food is not that great or worth this experience
