My boyfriend Gabriel and I always come here! Love this place! The food always comes out so fresh and delicious! The service is even better! Anna is one of the managers there and she has always made us feel so welcomed! Overall huge location and tons of space to hang out!

I came to great wolf lodge for our annual family trip and the habit was right down the street. We all got so excited as we love the habit. This habit sadly had horrible service. We asked for help and received a very cold greeting. We then waited over 20 minutes for a salad, burger and kids meal. The food was good but the service was awful. I also didn't realize the habit now charges for extra ranches as this was never the case. I won't be back for dine in but I may try drive thru if we come back down. I saw the drive thru line moved very quickly while the dine in orders took forever.

This newest Habit will officially open on December 13th, 2023. But today, along with a couple of days next week, they are serving free meals by invite only during their staff training for the first 200 guests each day. Please note, this is not a drive-thru. Instead it has a mobile online order pathway. So you first order online, or on the app, and within 10 minutes, you will get a text that your order is ready. That's when you drive up to the window. I'm so glad another location has popped up near me. I absolutely love their Charburgers, french fries, sweet potato, and tempura green beans. They do have other items like chicken sandwiches, a steak tenderloin sub, a veggie burger, and lots of salads. The drink options are great too. Along with sodas, they have a passion fruit lemonade, strawberry limeade, and teas. There is something for everyone here.

I came to this restaurant on a Friday evening and it was pretty empty. Our online order was made on time and the food come out hot and it was BUSSIN!!! My only complaint is the price since it's not really a lot of food for about 15 dollars per meal. Despite this the onion rings at any habit are BOMB!!!! 5 stars!!

For a new establishment this place was well put together. I got the #1 Char and my wife got a kids meal with chicken strips LOL. The order came out very quick and the customer service was on point. The place is very new so the inisde was nice and clean! No trash anywhere in sight and the young ladies were walking around and making sure the place stayed clean! I really enjoyed this place and will be back on my next lunch!!

Please train your staff to know what customer service is. The worker - I think her name was Cassandra - saw me at window, and never once opened the window to ask if I've been helped. I ordered thru the app to pickup in the drive thru. I first waived at her several times and she ignored me even tho she was standing right by the window to put in some stuff on the screen and then walked away.I end up had to honk several times before she finally decided to come out and ask if she could help me.I'm Asian and it almost felt like it was racism.Mind you there were 3-4 cars behind me. This location had the worst customer service ever. My work buddy and I practically got chased out by one of the managers simply because we refused to use the kiosk and asked that we would like our order to be taken , which they demanded that we use the kiosk or else we can't order, There was another customer that was trying to place an order with cash but they refused to take his order. Then what appeared to be the store manager came out and started screaming at us , I will never even consider coming back again even though I'm always in the area and usually have habit twice a month.

Do not come to this location. employees told us they do not take cash however I didn't have a credit card on me or a check card. after telling her I only had cash she told me, the machine apparently stopped working and doesn't take cash. two other customer standing there with me walk out. manager, then walks out of the store and starts cursing us out. I walked back inside with my camera and asked the manager to repeat what she said and she said she was gonna call the cops on us.Do not come here,horrible customer service and apparently they don't even take cash. I'm sure In-N-Out will gladly take my cash and treat me much more nicely.

So the last time we were here, they over mayo the sandwiches and burgers. My last review has a picture.So they can redeem themselves, I decided to go back with my char tickets I received. I order our meal on the kiosk. Well, you can't use char tickets at the kiosk. So I go to the register and try to place an order. She asked if I was paying cash. I said no, char tickets and my atm card. She replies, and says, our atm reader is not working. So I ask her, what can we do? She said nothing unless you have cash. Are you FN serious? Now I know why this local gets 2 stars. Overall, I like the Habit. But I'm not going to deal with GG location ever again. Sad because I was happy to see one closer to home. I'll dive to the other location, It's further but they're consistent.
