Good reason this place rating is so low considering it's a Habit . Zero common sense and horrible customer service . So we went in for dinner ,,, we ordered $40 worth of food , left. Tip with the total . When the order was ready I went to pick it up , I asked for " one " extra side of ranch and the guy told me I had to pay .65 cents ,,, I said I just paid $50 for food and tipped you for just taking my order and you wanna charge me .65 for an extra ranch WTH ( he repeated its policy ) . So I said you know what just refund me my money , I don't want any of this food , I'm not going to use my credit card for .65 cents . So between the guy taking the order , the so called manage they thew away all the food over .65 cents . Then they asked me to write my CC info on a receipt to give me a refund lol ,,, What I should have said was give me the ranch and take it out of the tip I gave you ,,, what a joke . Just an FYI nowhere on the menu does it say extra charges for ranch ,,

I've never been so attracted to a burger! I ordered the veggie burger with avocado and cheese (extra charge for both of those). And it was delicious! The burger looked like it was smiling at me with its tongue out lol (check my photos so you don't think I'm crazy). The sweet potato fries were good- I wish there were more. They skimped a little on those. But they tased good dipped in ranch. My Oreo cookie shake was thick and sweet! Perfect treat. I ordered it without whip cream .

Came in because I love their salads so I ordered 2 Cesar's, no chicken, dressing on the side - as I'm ordering the manager says "oh we don't put dressing on them to go, too many people didn't like that" so I'm thinking great I empathized it and she repeated it with assurance. I say no dressing because many times I go home and it's soggy. So I get my order and I look at it and notice it's wrong, and dressed. I let them know and asked if they could please remake it. They did. Or so they pretended too. Really really upset because now I came home and I have 2 soggy salads. Very deceptive of this location and I honestly blame the manager for not checking. The young boy who took my order seemed to be supportive but the chefs and manager did not appropriately follow my request.

First time at Habit. I found burger patty to be small and dry. Fries were okay. Green beans were delicious! We did special order each burger and 3 of 4 were correctly done. This particular location is very convenient to get in and out of and my food was on time and hot. Service team not particularly friendly, just doing their job.

We've been to other Habit Burger Grills before, this location missed the mark. We walked in to the establishment and were never greeted. The only interaction we had with staff was when they provided us our food. The food was not to our normal expectation. The sandwich patty was off, had 1.5 of a patty and was falling apart.

The food is fresh, hot and delicious! I enjoyed sitting in the restaurant, looking at the Anaheim resort and all their sparkly pretty lights. They served us promptly and the facility is very clean. You have to try the habit if you don't have it in your town!

I was with my family and they ordered on the screen. I am not comfortable ordering that way, I prefer to speak to a person. I waited at the register, a tall dark haired man within 3 feet of me looked at me did not say anything turned his back and started to do busy work. I stood there another 5 mins and same thing happened. I left and went to Jersey mikes and spent $20 approx And brought back to habit to eat with family. So disappointed. I really wanted a cheeseburger.

This was the most disgusting dining experience with extremely rude staff. Every table had food and trash left on it, trash all over the floor, we were there 20+ minutes and no one even tried to clean anything. It sucks because we live so close and generally love the Havit but we'll have to drive out of our way to go to a different location because I won't eat here again.

Person working here are not friendly at all. They make you feel uncomfortable asking for things. When we got there cashier didn't even smile. The restaurar was messy, and workers just chillin.
