There are so many options at Irvine, including Poke. So today, I am trying H2O at Jamboree. Typical poke location. Few notes. No brown rice, instead they have Green Tea Rice. They have Mandarin and Mango as topping but no fish roe. Compare to most places. I think their menu options are less/limited. Price wise is decent. 2 scoop of Proteins only $14.99. 3 Scoops is $16.99. Service is fast as typical poke place. They do have Grill options. Maybe next time. Located at Market Place. In between Yogurtland and Panda Express. No parking in front of the store. Have few modern simple tables but not many customer during lunch time. Taste wise is fresh and sauce is on the sweeter side.

Silly me forgot I had a bad experience there six years ago and just realized it when I reread my review. So I stopped here again today and it was even a bigger and huger mistake. I had the Albacore lover roll. Listen, this thing was so gross. The roll had spicy tuna and a little bit of cucumber inside and seared albacore on top. No avocado, no imitation crab, no dressing, no flavor. The albacore was dry and hard and old. I ended up throwing it away. Fool me twice shame on me I guess. Now I'll definitely remember.

I've always loved going to H2O for poke, and it hardly fails to disappoint me. The fish has tasted fresh each time I've visited. They also serve sushi rolls and cooked items, but I've typically go for the poke bowl. As someone who opts for a lighter meal by skipping the rice and focusing on the salad base, I appreciate the portion sizes offered here. The bowls are ample enough to leave me feeling satisfied without overwhelming my appetite. It's comparable to a large serving at most places, making it a great value for the price.I love how they load up their toppings, and my favorite dressing is definitely their signature sauce and I ask for spicy aioli to mix in. The prices has gone up, but that's like everything else in CA but taking into account the high quality and generous amount of toppings they offer, it's fair. The location is in Tustin Market place, so parking is not an issue and it's also nice to be able to sit outside. Generally the staff has been good.

Decent quick poke place when you are in the area and don't have time to go to a Japanese restaurant or sushi bar. I usually will get the salmon and tuna with all the fixings and a miso soup.

The employees here are hit or miss; there have been times where I had very nice, helpful, employees, and other times (like today) when the young ladies just seemed like they didn't want to be there and that you were a bother. Despite this, the food is consistent and delicious.

This poke spot is conveniently located in the Marketplace next to Panda Express. There is a lot of parking nearby since it's a fairly large plaza. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and the interior is very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, I felt that the service was definitely lacking. Most of the employees were talking to each other and it was very hard to get their attention. They also didn't notify me that my order was ready and I had to come to the front and ask for it.I ordered a poke bowl with two scoops of protein, as well as an Alaskan roll. The poke bowl was on the pricier side, and I felt as though the portions weren't big enough to justify the price. It was also $2 for a small amount of avocado, when many other places offer it for free. The Alaskan roll tasted amazing, but it took a while for it to be ready since there was only one person preparing the food in the kitchen. They do offer a discount on specialty rolls if you order a poke bowl or sushi burrito, which is nice.Overall, I wouldn't order a poke bowl here again. I don't think it's worth the price for what you get. Although the specialty rolls are a bit expensive, they were more filling than the poke bowl and tasted better. I'll most likely stick to ordering the rolls from now on.

We LOVE H2O Poke! It is located in the Marketplace so parking isn't an issue. Restroom is always clean. Restaurant is always clean with plenty of seating. My son and I come here all the time. We love that the poke is fresh and there's plenty of toppings to choose from. No matter what mix I get, it's always good. This is our go to spot for quick sushi, quick meaning you cannot sit down at a full service restaurant and wait for sushi. It typically is ready after 10-15 minutes and I love that it's complemented with salad and miso soup. Customer service is great. Would definitely recommend!

tl,dr: Exotic poke place unlike any other.Likes:+ Variety of scrumptious options (protein, sauce, fruits & veggies, toppings).+ First poke place I've seen with fruit toppings such as mango and mandarin. Interesting!+ I like their many yummy sauces, such as yuzu citrus and wasabi cilantro aioli.+ Not crowded restaurant.+ Fast, polite, helpful service.+ I like that I can refill my water at their soda machine.Non-likes:- No brown rice.- Avocado is extra charge $1.50- First poke place I've ever seen without roe (masago). Shame.Gripe:- The parking is a bit of a walk from this shop. At other poke places, you can park your car within 10 ft of store entrance.
