Gungjung Sulrungtang

I went to this place specifically for their Sul Leong Tang soup. They have a morning special for this particular soup for $12.99 from 8am-11am.I seeked out a new place because the other places that I've been going to for this soup has been skimping out on the side dishes. The soup was pretty good. It had quite a bit of ox flavor to it without having to add any additional salt. The service was good. If I needed something, it was a simple holler to the waitress. Although this place is a bit small, it is how I like it as it isn't pretentious.

Sulrungtang is bomb here, However their sundaegook was not. But overall the experience was good with nice seats, and ambiance.

I went there last Friday for a dinner. The two nicest ladies served me.The ban chan was outstandingly delish: Radish kimchi, napa cabbage kimchi, chives kimchi, green veggie ban chan (a bit salty from the miso) and boiled cabbage to dip in miso.The short rib soup was abundant with meat portion, green onions and other great things. They also add thin slices of brisket to the mix. The broth was piping hot and flavorful.Their rice was made perfectly well. Their barley tea was nice and hot.It was an awesome experience.

The food was okay, ordered the short rib soup. Got a good portion of the short rib but barely any meat. The soup was flavorful and good. The kimchi side dish was sad, kinda old.

Best place for Korean Restaurant on local! Cold noodles are super awesome.Soondaegook is great!! Tbh every menu is good!

The low star reviews are dead on. The place smells like an old basement. Some of the dishes were a bit funky. The service is absent minded. But this place opens early. You don't have to cut fancy. And their menu is pretty large with cool selections.Come in the morning if you want better service. The food is nice.

Great service, amazing Galbi and seollongtang (ox bone broth beef soup) and good service! We just left this cute family run restaurant. It was a Saturday evening and the restaurant was not too busy so we got seated promptly by the sweet older lady that was working there. The Galbi is thick cut with an amazing flavor and comes with short grain Korean rice and delicious banchan dishes. The beef noodle soup comes with noodles and sliced green onions and salt which you add yourself. The lady serving us was cute and instructed us how to season the soup, and so we followed her instructions and it was pretty good. We would definitely recommend this restaurant for the food. The ambiance is kinda older and not updated, but it doesn't affect the flavor of the food at all. Bathrooms were clean in the back too. I highly recommend!

Food is great. Sulungtang with tripe is not gamey at all. Can't complain about service. Feels and tastes authentically Korean.

This place have best kimchi with Sul lung tang!I will definitely coming back next week))

The food was super good. We ordered the boiled beef, seafood pancake & beef ribs. Amazing service and portions were large as well.
