Guac N Roll Tacos

Seriously one of the best food trucks ever, it's restaurant quality service! Love that it's a family business, they are super friendly and the food is top notch! I've gotten almost everything on the menu at this point and some of the best items are the Torta, Asada Fries and their Shrimp Tacos. Tacos are a good size and toppings/salsa are delicious. They're usually around OC so definitely worth checking out and hoping to visit them again soon!

We happened to come across this food truck at a winery that we are members of. I had never heard of this food truck before, but their reviews on Yelp looked promising so I was looking forward to it!I can't comment on the service, as hubby placed our food order while I saved us a table, but the food came out fast! They rotate locations each day and you can check out their schedule on their website.Hubby & I ordered 2 tacos each. I got the chicken and short rib tacos. The chicken taco has marinated chicken on a 6" tortilla topped with lettuce and salsa fresca for $5. The short rib taco has slow-braised beef short rib on a 6" tortilla grilled with brussel sprout slaw and kimchi for $6. The chicken taco was delicious! It was tender and it was a decent-sized taco. The short rib taco caught me off-guard. It tasted like a Korean-fusion taco, and I should've known that after seeing that they add kimchi. It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't what I expected. Hubby also got the short rib taco and felt he same way I did. In addition, he got the tempura fish and said that was delicious!The prices are reasonable and I was full after eating 2 tacos. I would definitely order from them again, but next time I'd try different proteins.

I must say this is one of the best food truck I have booked for my company's private lunch catering event! My colleagues gave nothing but positive comments on the food and their lunch experience. Portions were huge, definitely full size lunches! I went with the catering package #3 that offered a wide variety of food items to be chosen from. GNRT was even very accommodating to swapping out items for a different one on their menu. Loved the various protein choices for there were options available to the vegetarians and vegans (Potato Vegan Taco & Portobello Vegan).From the display on their website, initial email inquiry, multiple email exchanges, to the food service on the day of the event, communication & wrap up - it was was all outstanding. So easy to work & GNRT truly delivered! GNRT even played music while our colleagues chilled & ate outside. Of course they asked first if it was ok. Hellzya :) The communication with Marie & Alexia was smooth. I checked in with Alexia from time to time -- she kept me posted & informed, which I truly appreciated. Just an FYI - I am a pretty detailed oriented person. So I had noticed how GNRT stood out with their service was the following:(1) Their menu board showed what was exactly being catered (with pictures). I was told this was their newly installed "sticker" removable menu board.(2) They also written on the menu board the lunch event was for a company private event.(3) When each order was taken a guest waiting pager was provided to let them know when their order is ready. So no # shouting needed with the music blasting! :) If your company is looking for a food truck catering event GNRT would be a great choice to go with. The wings are fantastic, the ice cream taco is as close to the choco taco as it gets but you can opt for caramel instead of chocolate. Nachos good too. Great match for the Bottle Logic place and apparently they will be at the Bruery Tuesday so if you prefer their beer go tomorrow!

The truck was the highest rated out of all the trucks at the Home Depot Cypress, so we based our food trip tonight based on this truck. The best takeaway was when we hit the spinner wheel 25% off to celebrate their 1 year anniversary. Service - very good. They gave us a ringer, which was super nice to be able to walk away from the truck. Friendly and professional. Short rib taco 4/5 has kimchee, and nice portion of well seasoned short rib. Could be improved with a nice sauce and warmed corn tortillaCarne asada taco 4.5/5 classic cut steak with shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Also could be improved with sauce and warmed tortilla

We decided to eat at this food truck while we were at a flea market in Anaheim. I ordered the shrimp taco and elote. I wasn't wowed by either, but I did really like the sauce they used on the shrimp taco. I didn't care for the tortilla they used. The elote: If you've had elote in downtown LA, it is unfair to compare other elote to it, bc no elote has come close to the elote I've had downtown in the Alley. That being said, my elote standards are high, but this elote was decent.

Holy Guac N Roll! This food truck is DELICIOUS!My partner in crime and I were lucky enough to be at The Bruery when Guac N Roll Tacos were serving up some great eats for purchase. While the pork belly tacos caught my eye, we opted to share their carne adasa fries....so delicious!I'm usually not too impressed with food trucks at breweries. They're pretty overpriced and not always tasty, but Guac N Roll Tacos proved me wrong! So delicious and a perfect size for sharing.If you see this truck on the freeway, follow it until it stops, order food, and enjoy!

Found out about them since they have a mobile truck. We were told at our community they would be out tonight between 5pm and 8pm or so.They really follow covid protocols well, and very friendly. They specialize in tacos, but they have other menu items and drinks.The main tacos were chicken, carnitas and asada. They had some others, but I was not interested. I tried one of each. They were $5.00 each and decent portions. They had some other items like pulled pork, grilled cheese and also fries. I went conservative hehe.I liked the chicken tacos the best. Since this is a mobile food truck, I believe you can contact them to come out to apartment or home communities.The phone number was... 714 725.1711.They also have a website.I took a few night shots that I will post.

Yummm!!! I tried Guac N Roll Tacos on Friday 1/29/21, I wanted to get food before the Bruery, but didn't have time. I was worried the food truck of the day/night would be something mediocre and overpriced. When I got to the food truck, everything looked and sounded so tasty. We went with the carne asada fries, elote, and el pastor taco. Fries 5/5 SOLID! So so so flavorful and tasty! A plus is that it comes with skinny fries! I'm a huge fan of skinny fries with carne asada, something about the texture always gets me. It's crunchy, but just the right amount..and not soggy ya know?Elote 5/5, what's in this???? Omg it's heaven. It's so tasty, I don't even feel guilty eating it. El Pastor tacos, 4/5. I'm a huge fan of tacos and these were very tasty, but not my favorite item tonight. Large tacos, and you get two with your meal. If you see this truck around. It's a must!
