I enjoyed the beautiful and spacious interior of the cafe the most! I think it's probably the most beautiful coffee place in the area. I ordered a churro latte and the coffee itself isn't a show stopper but it was just fine. Also had a little ham and cheese croissant that was pretty good as well. Wish I could've tried the other breakfast foods but they do close the kitchen really early at 10:30 so their to-go foods were all they had. Good thing they were enjoyable though! This was a great place to have a quick chat with friends or to study for about an hour. I could see how the parking can be challenging for those who want to stay longer to study. The parking also is very limited so be prepared if you want to go during a busy time.

Ambience is the best thing about this place. But it's kind of lacking major with food- nothing good to say about the food here. Service was okay I guess. Your think a coffee shop sell eggs/sandwiches all day- chicken bowl was absolutely horrible/ dry chicken

came here for lunch around 2pm on a Thursday, after our visit to OCMA.it was a full house inside and out. We ordered 2 bowls and a soup and sat inside by the window. the standard bowls price does not include any meat, so with protein added, it came to $15/bowl. portion was good, the meat seems to be more Korean/Asian food marinated flavors.after our meal we wanted some cappuccino. ordering was at a different cashier and there's only 1 person working behind the counter. Since he's making coffees for previous orders, there's no one tending the cashier for new orders. there were 4 parties waiting to order but we all waited for more than 5 min with no help insight. Finally the chef, who's been talking to someone (assuming manager/owner) behind us, came to the cashier to take orders. however, there's still only that one barista filling/making all the orders. so it took a total of 15min to place/get my orders of 3 cappuccinos. one more comment was they charge for milk alternatives, so if you're lactose intolerant (like my daughter), be ready to pay extra.it's walking distance to the OCMA and Segerstrom Center, and with surrounding office buildings, it's full house for the entire 1.5hrs we were there in the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday. Not sure it's my kind of place for coffee or lunch though.

Been here a few times and have not had any issues or problems at all! The only thing is that the service is a bit slow as there seems to be a lack of employees for the number of people that come here during brunch hour or after. However, the coffee and food were pretty solid! I always go for the Match or Chai latte with a little vanilla and solid! Great flavor, good sweetness, and not too much sweetness. As far as food, the sandwiches and bowls are good! Always add chicken! Definitely recommended! Pricing is a bit steep for what you get and I think they can adjust that a bit to make more sense since the amount of meat you get is sometimes laughable but good flavor at least. Wouldn't exactly recommend it as a coffee shop or brunch, but it is more so convenient to have food and coffee for a study/work area during a break!

Absolutely gorgeous environment (such a shame!) but food is severely confused and lacking. I think they are in the process of revamping their food menu but the last time I visited, it was still sort of... not matching the vibe of the cafe. The spot looks really modern, chic, young.... The menu does not scream fancy cafe but rather just a very mediocre eatery. Their plating also needs a lot of work :( Breakfast menu is rather small (5 items when I went) and the one that is a little different / unique was their Hawaiian breakfast fried rice. It wasn't very good though taste wise and you'll know what I mean re:plating if you look at the pics. Everyone eats with their eyes first! Overall disappointed. We also tried their avocado toast which was decent (pretty basic) but again, plating is such a huge problem. This place has so much potential...!

The ambiance of Greenhouse is 9/10. Music is a bit loud for studying, but the floor to ceilings create an enjoyable atmosphere. The service was fast and the staff is friendly. Coffee was good. Didn't try the foodThe biggest problem with this spot is the parking if you are coming here to study. There are a few 1 hr parking spots and the rest are even shorter (20mins I think). After 1 hr, you'll have to re-park across the street. They validate for 1.5 hours and after that it's $2 every 15mins with a $20 max. If you are just stopping by for a quick meeting or coffee/meal it's not a bad choice. But if looking for a study stop or place to read, I'd probably look elsewhere - not many electric outlets and for the reasons listed above

Greenhouse is such a beautiful place to enjoy some coffee and breakfast/ lunch. Walking in, I was impressed with their gorgeous seating areas and stylish decor. They have plenty of places to sit, although the restaurant does get busy. In terms of their food, I was happy with what I ordered. Their open-faced smoked salmon everything bagel was delicious! I loved that they included plenty of salmon, sprouts, and capers. However, I think their salmon bagel was only available from January 13-17th. I really liked that the bacon avocado toast had thick bread, hard-boiled egg, ricotta, and lemon zest. Loved their churro latte, but their iced matcha was watered down. This place gets 4 stars just because they're only open during weekdays, their parking, and the lack of flavor in their matcha. I would love to come here on the weekends, however, they are unfortunately only open during my work hours. Their parking as far as I know, is pretty small, with only a few spots at the front of their restaurant. Other than this, loved this spot!

Spacious seating area. Loved the vibes with tall glass windows allowing light to shine through. I built my own salad and it's nice to customize with their decent number of toppings. Service is great since they're really friendly. Would come back to try their lattes and pastries.

My friend and I wanted to meet for coffee somewhere in the middle for both of us. She suggested South Coast Plaza and I found this place conveniently located in the vicinity. Very spacious interior and you order as you come at the counter and they'll call your name when it's ready. Grab a table, some water if you'd like, it is self serve and some utensils from the shelf at the end of the counter.Breakfast was still being served (7-10:30a) so I got myself an Avocado Toast (picture below). Parking is across the street for 90 min free with validation.

Greenhouse Coffee thoroughly impressed me! My friend surprised me on a little coffee date so I had no idea what to expect. Greenhouse Coffee was so beautiful and the name is very fitting for the ambiance. You get plenty of natural light and it's a great place to get work done or to lounge around. The service was super sweet. When ordering my build-your-own bowl, the worker was helping me along the way and I appreciated that the cashier made small talk and seemed genuinely interested throughout our conversation. This definitely added to my experience! I got the vanilla matcha latte and the build your own bowl. The vanilla matcha latte wasn't necessarily my favorite. The vanilla taste was strong -almost artificial and the matcha itself tasted grainy. The matcha itself does not come sweetened, so you have the option of adding vanilla, hazelnut, lavendar, or honey. I asked for less ice and the drink was not topped off so that's something to note when ordering. As for the build your own bowl, it was pretty good! The ingredients felt fresh and the flavors resembled that of a Mediterranean bowl. Parking: I parked in a 1-hour parking spot during my stay but I believe there's a structure that you could park at as well that does validation.
