Friends invited us here for lunch and we now have a new favorite Greek restaurant! The decor is fresh, clean and inviting. We were immediately welcomed as we entered, which was a good way to start.Noah, was our server and he was professional, positive and took very good care of us in the way he offered drinks right away, allowed us enough time to look at the menu and quickly came to get our order when he could tell we were ready, yet never rushed us. He checked back to make sure we were content, refilled drinks and offered a few friendly words of conversation without being intrusive in any way.The food was so good! I had the gyro bowl, filled with fresh ingredients including delicious rice, fresh salad with gorgeous red tomatoes, colorful watermelon radish pieces, crisp cucumbers, slivers of red onion and fresh feta along with tasty gyro meat. We look forward to returning and taking family, or meeting up with friends again!Also, not often mentioned but important, bathroom was clean and well stocked with a full soap dispenser, and all necessary paper goods.

Their grilled shrimp is stellar. Some of the best cooked and season shrimp Iever ever had.The main problem here is pricing. Getting two dishes can easily be over $60 which is rough. Service is usually good

Highly recommend if you are craving authentic Greek food! The restaurant is lovely, and the service is great (some of the staff are actually greek!). And the ambiance is clean & very greek-like. Come with your family & kids!

The Greek Bistro has some legit souvlaki. I was craving some gyro wraps when we came back from San Diego. So I searched on Yelp for somewhere to eat. I gave my husband some options. He said Greek sounded good so off we went to Greek Bistro. We were seated immediately since we arrived after the lunch rush. The restaurant had a lot of booths inside and a spacious dining room. We were given menus and asked for water to be brought to the table. I really wanted the gyro wrap and didn't want to share so we ordered two. It was the perfect size and even came stuffed with French fries like they do in Greece. Each bite was delicious. I can see why they have a solid 5 star rating. I guess I never really knew about this place but I'm glad we found it. There is plenty of parking in the lot. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Service was friendly and expedient. If you're looking for a delicious Greek gyro pita wrap, this is it. Enjoy!

Got to visit Greek Bistro during the week for lunch and we got seated right away. Ambiance is clean and simple and customer service was attentive enough.I appreciate that the menu offers the traditional Greek plates. The gyro was amazingly delicious and it's something I would crave! I'd like to come back and check out their other menu items and dessert!

The 5 star reviews from fellow Yelp enthusiasts was a very good incentive for me to try a Greek Eatery with Greek food being a favorite of mine. As you can see from the menu available on-line, there are many options to consider for those choosing to stop in for a visit.For starters, it is very conveniently located just off the I5 in Laguna Hills. Parking is plentiful, depending on the time of day. I say this as there are many businesses that appear to be well frequented including several restaurants. A very good sign of how many folks visit Greek Bistro. I arrived early with only a few patrons, but it was completely packed by the time that I left. It has a family restaurant vibe with seating and tables very comfortably placed.For this occasion, I was served by Dika, who could not have been nicer or more attentive. He did a great job explaining some of the items on the menu that were particularly good options. I took one suggestion for the appetizer, Dolma, which was a good call. It was well prepared and was accompanied with Pita bread and a healthy serving of Tzatziki. The Dolma was moist and a good ratio of meat with the other ingredients. If I have one suggestion, it would be for additional spices. It was light in this area and this would have made it stand out.For my entree, I chose a combination plate that included skewers of ground beef, chicken and grilled vegetables accompanied with rice and pickled vegetables and Pita bread. All of the proteins and vegetables were cooked perfectly with a good moisture. The entire meal was served hot and presented well. As with the Dolma, while good, I found that the seasoning on the proteins were also very light. One of the reasons for selecting the ground meat was to sample their seasonings and preparation. Unfortunately, I didn't get a sense seasonings on it or the chicken. Though juicy, it wasn't something that made these proteins stand out.To close the meal, I had a sampling of the Baklava which was exceptional. It is very rare for me to have dessert, but I wanted to give it a try. This was flaky, fresh and very exceptionally prepared. If you are a Baklava fan, this won't disappoint.Overall, I thought the 4 stars was appropriate. The restaurant had a team of folks that provided very good service, prepared and presented the dishes with attention. As I mentioned, the proteins could have used some of the seasonings very pronounced in Mediterranean food. That said, it appears to be a local favorite. Enjoy!

Food + service are always awesome. Mom isn't easy to please and she LOVED the moussaka. Danny was our server and he was great! :)

Amazing experience! Danny took such great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. The spanakopita appetizer was crisp and flavorful, and the lamb bowl was cooked to perfection. The food and service here are incredible. Definitely worth a visit!

The food is amazing, and Dani gave us great service. We got the bold and chicken plate and the chicken was so tender and delicious.
