Food is good, fast service , although language barrier is kind of an issue but, went well . Ambiance .. needs improvement.

You can't get stars based just on the customer service some of the best places have bad customer service, but their food is amazing and it's not that they're being rude. That's just in their culture. They're just busy and focused. I'm a proud Hispanic and love coming here regardless of the customer service.

Tasty, but everything was extremely greasy. People were nice when we picked up the order to go.

We went on Valentine's Day for lunch. Excellent fresh food. Service was good & food came out fast. The portions are very large. We brought home a full dinner for tonight!! Highly recommend!

Gave me a free scoop of white rice, when all I had ordered was orange chicken and chow mein

The food here is ridiculously good, but don't expect the service to win any awards. And if you order online, be prepared for a game of hurry up and wait, with one very special person who might just ignore your order.Around here, when you order through their online platform, it gets sent to one person's phone, and then you have to wait and see if they're available to check it. My order was ready a whole hour after the promised delivery time, and when I arrived, the restaurant staff tried to spin it by saying they were super busy (they were) and only one person had the secret password to the online platform tied to their website. The only thing they managed to cough up as an apology was a lukewarm can of Coke - which I passed on. The food was fantastic, but the service was so bad I'm starting to think the portions are generous just to distract from the wait. Guess this isn't the place where food and service go hand in hand.

Service as always great, food was really good. Hot and sour soup was on point not to mention Mongolian beef , walnut shrimp, sweet and sour chicken.. I have never had a bad meal or experience.. 10 of 10

‼‼THEY EXPECT TIPS‼‼ food was great but her attitude and professionalism was completely lacking, we (TEENAGERS) paid 40 dollars for chow main, teriyaki chicken and dumplings, and when we expressed we could not afford to give a tip she questioned us and then said to next time just get take out in the rudest way possible her entire vibe was just so off and snappy, never coming back
