This place caught my eye on the new food hall in West Covina. Food: 5/5I got the lamb plate with spicy hummus and potato salad. The hummus was delicious and had a nice kick. It paired well with their pita bread. The lamb was nice and juicy. Service: 5/5Typical fast food service. The food came out quick and it was fresh.Ambiance: 5/5This food hall is pretty cool. Very modern aesthetic. Portion: 3/5The meat to rice ratio is not great. But the sides were good.

**Located inside Haven City Market**I had been craving Mediterranean food for a while, and Georgie's was on my list to try. The cashier was nice, I ordered the beef shawarma plate which came with 2 sides, I opted for the Mediterranean salad and hummus, and for my sauce, the garlic spread. Since I was in a rush to get back to work, I didn't double-check my order, and unfortunately, they gave me double hummus instead of the salad, and the pita was as hard as a rock! [ whaaaaa :( ] I pulled off whatever I could salvage. The beef itself was ok, a little dry. The rice was fluffy and yummy, so was the hummus and garlic spread. In conclusion I most likely will not return.

You order and pay at the counter. They don't really have a notification system to pick up your food when it's ready so you can either stick around and wait by the counter to have the number called or come back after their approximate wait time for the food to be completed. I ordered:lamb skewers with humus and cucumber salad ($16.99)Beef skewers with spicy humus and potato salad ($16.99)Fountain drink ($2.50 ish)Total came out to be a little under $40 without tip. The food was already completed and ready for pickup around a 15 minute mark from when I ordered. The rice to meat ratio is heavy on the rice. The meat was nicely cooked and not dry. However it wasn't really juicy either. It had good flavor. The garlic dip was my favorite for the meat. Overall pretty good experience

Ordered the steak and chicken combo plate with spicy hummus and baba ghanoush. The baba ghanoush did have a smokey taste to it which I was not a fan. The spicy hummus was ok. Definitely a hearty meal and healthy if you are watching your calories. Service was extremely patient and very friendly.

This was my first time trying the famous Georgie's Mediterranean cuisine and it was super flavorful!I got the beef kabob plate and it only came with 5 prices of beef which were also tiny but they were super tender and perfectly cooked but really wish they had more meat. I loved the smooth texture of the hummus and the creaminess of the Baba ghanoush. This was my first time trying baba ghanoush so I don't have anything to compare it to but it was really good. This was my first time ever really liking rice. I loved that the rice was perfectly cooked and super well seasoned. For $17 a plate it really wasn't that bad but their beef kabob was tiny. I still thought it was well worth the price and quantity compared to the other stalls in haven city market. Will definitely try to go to one of their restaurant locations next time!
