Flor Blanca Salvadorean Restaurant

Located near great wolf, I've been coming here for the past 5+ years. There are plenty of tables and chairs inside, but they are rather close to each other. Pupusas are perfectly cooked and a good size. The masa to filling ratio is perfect, and there are a lot of options (chicharron and cheese, beans, squash flowers and cheese, and so on). The cortido and salsa make them even better. This time around I was feeling a little under the weather so I ordered Caldo de Res (which came with fresh handmade tortillas- YUM!) it also came with rice, but the rice was undercooked and crunchy.

Found this place on DoorDash and ordered some pupusas. Very tasty and full of flavor for some chicken empanadas too very good. Highly recommend for El Salvadorian cuisine.

I'm on a hunt for Salvadoran Tamales similar to the ones I brought from a lady on the street in LA lol. But since I'm on OC at the moment I tried somewhere closer. the Tamales didn't satisfy my cravings but they were decent. The place is good I've only been twice & had their pupusas and chicken & corn tamales. But because of the language barrier they get my order wrong each time.The first time I ordered just cheese and I think they gave me bean & cheese and don't get me wrong it's good! I noticed the beans but wasn't quite sure bc it didn't look like it had much beans inside. I did point on the handheld menu to be a bit clear. But when I went again I wanted two with cheese & one with pork & cheese. This time they gave me two with just cheese and bean & cheese. So it's only a little frustrating because my taste buds were set on something different and I'm a bit confused now lmaoAnd I couldn't call to let them know because the voicemail is full it just automatically went to the voicemail.

The food is good but they need to be able to communicate in English.I ordered 5 chicken tamales and got 3. The pupusa orders, I had to make sure they labeled which is which because the last time I ordered, they simply put all of it together and we didn't know what was inside. Simple things like this, I shouldn't have to check over and over. And they don't answer the phone.

They talk to you as if they're the ones making you a "favor". Not good service. Also, they charge %4 if you want to pay with credit/debit card. Food is okay, not great.

Everyone there is very polite and courteous, professional to say the least. Dining experience was great. Food was great. No complains.

Ordered two revueltas pupusas and a loroco con queso thru DoorDash and wonder why they came fast. Surprise I could see the masa totally raw while taking off the foil. They literally just heat them for a couple of minutes each side. I was so frustrated because I've been craving pupusas and I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I know it's easy to put hem on the oven and get them ready in 10 minutes but that's not the point.I called them to speak with a manager just to let them know that maybe it was a mistake on my order but the lady on the phone just justified saying "talk to DoorDash so they can do a refund" For the owner: im guatemalan and appreciate when find good places to eat like at home. YOUR BUSINESS ITS GOOD but It's so sad when you see employees treating business so careless when the owners put them on their hands.

Love their breakfast típico!! Pupusas are delicious! Friendly staff ! Great service !

Highly highly highly recommend. If want an old fashioned El Salvadoran style restaurant this is the place makes me feel like I'm in my home town in El Salvadoran . The service was excellent and the price was great

Very rude employees. Walked in at 7:20 and the said they were closed where everywhere it says they closed at 8. We asked and she said they close at 8 the other days but today they happened to close at 7.
