Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

My boyfriend and I made a reservation for our anniversary for Flemings since it was a special occasion and we couldn't be more impressed. When making the reservation we designated the special occasion as our anniversary, but soon forgot about making that special occasion designation. When we arrived and checked in the hostess wished us a happy anniversary. We were seated immediately and upon arriving at our table, we saw heart shape decorations and a card that said Happy Anniversary, signed by a handful of the staff. Everyone who came to our table throughout the night told us Happy Anniversary. Then when we left, the hostess again told us Happy Anniversary. It was an incredibly welcome surprise that made our meal that much more special.I would be doing a disservice by not mentioning the food itself. For drinks we had a drink recommended by our waiter, it was a Blueberry Lemon drop and then a strawberry refresher. The recommended drink was beyond amazing. For our meal we ordered the French Onion Soup, Mashed Potatoes, Bone in Prime Ribeye, Main Filet Mignon, and then the CRÈME BRÛLÉE for dessert. Everything was delicious. But the real winner was the ribeye.We left incredibly full and appreciative for the personal touch. Thank you again to the incredible staff and chefs for an amazing dining experience

First time here to celebrate mom-in-law bday. Our server was Isaiah A. and he made it even more special than we anticipated! Isaiah A. was super friendly and very attentive! Thanks for excellent service and we will be coming back! Food was superb as well!

This location is so, so pretty. We went in the month of December and they had plenty of joyful Christmas lights. We of course decided to go for the steak and it was quite delicious. Sides are family style so big enough to share. I must say the steak alone was great. Service was great. Our waiter was a little odd and very serious which made me giggle. The runners were always on top when keeping your cup full. Overall, great experience.P.s: Drinks were also stronger at the bar area rather than our table.

The bone-in Ribeye was phenomenal. The waitstaff placed a very sweet "Happy Birthday" card on our table with a few little stars. The Prosecco recommendation was great. Our waiter was very accommodating and checked on us often. For a birthday treat, our table was given a box of chocolates. Our appetizer was the pork belly strip over grits made with goat cheese. Flavorful but nothing too special. We enjoyed the bone-in ribeye, mushrooms and asparagus. The sides were nothing special, arguably not worth their price point but I imagine they're not meant to overpower the steak. Still, $20 for blanched and salted asparagus is steep. The steaks were fantastic. At a medium cook, we enjoyed every bit. Overall a very delightful experience.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Fleming in Anaheim~ the steak was amazing and the seafood tower was delicious and fresh! The seafood they gave us was ridiculous. Our waiter was also amazing making it a great experience for us~ Perfect date night with perfect food.

I want to start with the service, while everything was, literally perfection, the service stands out on another level. Fun, friendly, quick and on top of it. These professionals were top notch. Frank and Steven went above and beyond making our Birthday celebration and dining experience absolutely lovely. Frank was truly a gem. The food speaks for itself, have I mentioned perfection, yet? The restaurant is beautiful with a nice bar, too. I apologize for lack of photos!

Food: 3/5 for the quality and price of the food: mediocre at best. The tomahawk lacked flavor, not salted enough. The mushrooms also had no seasoning including salt. The starter salad had such a light vinaigrette, it just tasted like cold lettuce. The best part of the meal was complimentary Cabernet shallot butter that accompanied the bread. Compared to other steakhouses at this price point, I was extremely underwhelmed considering value for price point, taste, and experience. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff kindly decorated our table and left a card and decorated the dessert we already paid for and ordered. We did not receive the Fleming's truffles, although the table celebrating a birthday next to us did. At other Fleming's locations and previous experiences, we were gifted truffles for special occasions and even complimentary champagne. Service: 5/5 the host and waiters were great. Very friendly and attentive. Our plates were always cleared quickly and we were offered more bread and to go boxes without needing to ask. Parking: structure is right behind the restaurant and will be validated for two hours. We cut it close to the 2 hour mark and just ate at a normal pace as soon as our food arrived - a little rushed given the parking limit.

Fleming's has a very nice and intimate fine dining experience suitable for any special occasion. Parking is located behind the Westin Hotel in a structure. Flemings will validate your parking for up to 2 hours only. Reservations in advance are highly recommended. Flemings adds a very nice personal touch to your table and dessert for special occasions (notify the host in advance when making your reservation or make a note online), and they will make it happen. We celebrated our anniversary and you can see the lovely personal touch they did to make their guests feel special. Amazing food, especially the dry-aged rib-eye, which is highly recommended by our server.

Valentine's Day dinner date night was at Fleming's last night as my boyfriend made the reservation for us to go to this beautiful establishment. I have to admit traveling from Vegas we have 2 Fleming's locations back home that I didn't know about but whenever I'm back home I'd totally go back to Fleming's after last night incredible meal, service, and overall experience! Fleming's delivered in ALL areas despite on a busy Friday Valentine's Day night we had a late dinner reservation and this restaurant was absolutely packed! With reservations, it was about 30-40 minute wait to be seated at the table. However, with the wait I'm still giving my experience 5 stars because that's just how good they were at Fleming's last night! For dinner, my boyfriend and I both had a Bone-In Ribeye with an addition of either Oscar Style or Lobster Tail with Mashed Potatoes! Ending the night, with a lovely sweet treat of crème brûlée top the night off on a high note! I want to send a special shoutout to our waiter who I can't remember the name unfortunately and the manager, Roger who went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service and was so friendly! I appreciate them for making the dining experience overall even more better for my boyfriend and I. I absolutely don't have NOTHING bad to say about last night's visit to Fleming's because everything was perfect for my boyfriend and I to spend our Valentine's Day night together. Thank you Fleming's for making the night so special and enjoyable with delicious food!

Fleming's offers Validation up to 2Hrs.We came here for the Tuesday Tomahawk special and + to celebrate a birthday. As soon as we walked in the hostess sat us at a table within minutes. Shortly after our server came by to take our drink order. The tomahawk special comes with 2 starters, 2 sides to share, and 1 dessert. We opted for the Lobster Chipotle Mac and Cheese with the Fleming's Potato's. The tomahawk was pre-sliced so it was easier to share and the side dishes were a good size for two. We also ordered the Molten Lava Cake and Crème Brûlée. I think the molten lava cake was okay but the Crème Brûlée is worth coming back for. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to future visits.
