Upgrading to 5 stars. Went back to get the lamb soup and the mixed 3 slice salad. To be honest I've tried the mixed 3 slice salad all over Rowland heights and this place literally has the BEST. Everywhere else they just load it up to chili peppers and powders and you can't taste anything but spicy. Here they don't do that, I don't know what they use but the flavor is sooooo good. Absolutely delicious without just being spicy. Highly recommend order.The lamb soup has really good flavor too. Great for the winter time on a cold day. Really warms you up. Service is fast and efficient and the staff are really nice! Love these friendly mom and pop local places!

I decided to try this place out based on all the good reviews. Beef rolls (2/5): The beef roll that everyone is raving about is honestly not that good. The breading is super dry and the filling was 90% cilantro. Tendon beef noodle soup (4/5): The soup was super light, not soy saucy like other restaurants, which I really enjoyed. The noodle was okay. I didn't really like the type of noodle they used. I ordered the tendon noodle soup and my boyfriend ordered the tendon and beef noodle soup but mine still had beef chunks. I also ordered no cilantro and the waiter said "sorry" because there was still cilantro in it. Service is ok, food waiting time is long.

4.7 Yelp review albeit with not a whole lot of reviews but willing to give it a shot. Boy, was I wrong. We stopped by on an early Sunday evening and was a little apprehensive given that the place was empty. However, let's give it a shot. The beef and beef with tendon noodle broth itself is pretty good. But there's not very much beef. The tendons were too mushy and not very fresh. The simmered beef, which I ordered to go was ok, tender but flavorless. The beef roll was pretty bad. Pretty much more than half of it is filled with cilantro and you can barely taste the beef. So was the green onion pancake which had no flavor and tasted weird. Too much breading and not enough onions. But the worst part was the service. It started out okay since we were the only ones there but as the evening wore on and as soon as they got a couple other parties, they suddenly became rude and gave a huge attitude when we were trying to split the bill/payment for a to go order. Definitely not coming back and now sorry that I actually gave them more business by ordering to go.

Flavor Noodle House is literally a hidden gem in a randomly strip mall near the El Pollo Loco across from Bageloo. This hole in the wall place is completely family owned and they specialize in handmade noodle/dumpling dishes. It definitely helps if you speak Mandarin as I'm not sure if the lady speaks english? The menu itself is pretty standard with noodles, dumplings, some cold dishes and some rice dishes. The beef noodles were super tasty with a rich broth without being overly oily. The beef was tender and tasty. The Beef Rolls are absolutely BOMB here if you love cilantro since it's packed full of it. It has the perfect amount of sauce to meat to veggie ratio with every single bite. Yes the service can be slow here since it seems like literally only the husband in the kitchen and the wife in front are the staff here. So be patient especially during peak rush hour times, the food is worth the wait not to mention how friendly they are in making sure everything is OK. We'll absolutely be back again to support this small family business!

I happened to be in the Diamond Bar area so I visited this mom and pop Chinese restaurant and honestly it was so good! they make a lot of their dishes handmade which is always my favorite!what we ordered:beef noodle souphome style stir fries cake with bean sproutsour and spicy soup with porkmillet porridgebeef rollwild vegetable and pork dumplingsthree item appetizer: shredded tofu, cold mix of veggies, & pig ears, beef tripe, and dry tofumy favorites were the homestyle stir fried cake with bean sprouts, the beef roll, and the three item appetizer.note that service may be slow, but only because its essentially just run by an older couple. definitely a hidden gem that you should stop by if you're in the area or grab for takeout!

Flavor Noodle House is quickly becoming one of our go-to spots. We've been there twice so far--once dining in and once for takeout. The beef roll is a standout for us, super flavorful and really budget-friendly. My kid is a big fan of chow mein, so we've ordered chicken chow mein from here both times as well. The portions are always generous, and when we dined in, the owners were kind enough to give us extra meat, which we really appreciated.The dumplings are pretty standard, nothing too special, but still tasty. The braised beef noodle is on the lighter side with a more clear broth, which might not be for everyone, but it feels very authentic to the region's style. We haven't tried their cold dishes yet, but they're definitely on our list for next time.Overall, we like this place. The owners seem like they really care and are always trying to improve. Plus, with inflation making everything expensive these days, their prices are still pretty affordable. We're happy to support small, local businesses like this one!

Diamond bar 這家開幾個月的麵家， 真的是值得好好讚揚的店家， 離我公司超近的，就在小酒館旁邊，東西價格便宜，份量又大， 不管是我這次試的牛肉麵，跟餃子，麵條很Q, 餃子好吃，牛肉湯也很棒，現在難得有這樣的餐廳了， 推薦給附近的吃貨們， 可以過來試試

The beef roll is the best in RH area. FYI, if you don't like cilantro, make sure mention it when you order. They can easily leave it out. They are super accommodating, just let Sandy know. She will try her best.

It's a mom and pop restaurant. Their food is fresh and delicious, good portion size too. I really enjoyed the beef roll and the lamb soup noodles. The owners don't speak a lot of English, so be patient when ordering.

Love the food here. The space was clean and the lady was super nice and approachable!
