I go here 1-2x week and this is my favorite and only location I go for flame broiler. The food is always good, good portions, clean and pleasant atmosphere with great music :) I know I'm getting clean food, and can control my calories and get protein.And- run by a solid group of ladies which I like to see. They are all so nice and seem like bosses I love it.

This is a pretty good Flame Broiler. It is relatively clean, and service tends to be hassle-free as it is never really that crowded. You might have a bit of a wait now and then but not really. Flame Broiler is about as close to "healthy fast food" as you can get - a rice bowl restaurant with grilled chicken, beef, tofu, and/or vegetables. They have three different sizes you can order, and a bunch of different sauces to add on top.If you order just vegetables and meat, this is a low-calorie, keto-friendly, healthy, and fast lunch option. It is fairly popular for that reason. Also note that several options are keto-friendly, so if you are on a special diet, you can order here without worrying about extra carbs or sugars. They have eased back on the COVID-19 protocols somewhat, but still encourage people to wear masks (few do), and they do not have any sauce dispensers out any more. One gripe is they only give you one small sauce container and it's usually not enough, and they now charge more for extra sauce. Before it was essentially all you wanted.Overall this is a decent basic lunch option.

I just paid 48.-- pick up and the medium bowls where half empty! No rice, no vegies, wtf??? Everybody in my family was still hungry after the meal and felt like we got ripped off!!!Fill those bowls up, rice doesn't cost much, in case you don't know...

Demanding a refund of food purchased. Chicken was burnt and rice was hard. Try calling 3xs and no one answered. Not busy when I showed up. I tried calling to call in order and also no answer. Ridiculous! Order #6. Refund me my money!!
