Unbelievable honestly. Drove away to realize the worker (guy with long hair in bun) never put my avocado in with my order. Even with a tip they can't make sure your order is right. So I drove back, had to wait for him to cut the avocado for me. He told me he gave me " extra avocado" for having to come back. Avocado was ROCK HARD. Completely inedible and unripe. So I have a whole unripe avocado now. It was so hard you could see teeth marks in it. Minimum wage raising has made workers lazier because they don't care to work for tips anymore. On top of it- forgot my green onions. Also was cutting me off when I was talking to him on the phone- tried to spell my name for the order and he blurted out 5-10 minutes. Awful service. Go to the flame broiler by angels stadium. They are consistent.

I had the tofu bowl with white rice, bowl was $9.10. It tasted pretty good, good portion size rice texture was good not over or under cooked. Cashier was very nice and has welcoming vibe, I like that during some slow time they came out to wipe down the tables and sweep. Haven't had this in food in a while and it was worth getting it again. Would come back!

I ordered the Korean Spicy Chicken Plate from this location and although I am thankful for the generous portion of chicken, I wasn't able to eat the majority of it because it was DRENCHED in the spicy sauce. The spicy sauce seeped all through the rice, was basically the dressing for the cabbage salad, and the orange slices were barely spared. I love spicy food, but this was sooooo incredibly spicy, it was impossible to enjoy after the 4th bite. My mouth was on fire. Complete waste of $17.00. Please beware folks, ask for the sauce on the side.

I don't know if it's new management but the service sucks now. These kids don't know how to take a customer in and don't have nothing no utensils to grab. The bathrooms have no toilet paper, paper towels or even liner. Definitely don't recommend anymore.Btw the food they didn't even cook it how they used to on the grill. They brought it out from the back.

Been coming here for a lot of years. Haven't been here for a while. Decided we were in the mood for it the other day.Something has changed in the 6-8 months since we were last there. We both ordered a Half/Half Bowl. The chicken was quite rubbery. Several pieces in my bowl were what I would call inedible due to containing a lot of the stuff you get at the end of a wing or leg. The beef wasn't any better. Not very tender. The flavor was lacking. Everything seemed so much more prepepared and not fresh like it used to be. This was lunch time, so it wasn't like this stuff had been sitting around all day long.The prices have also gone sky high. Used to seem like a deal. Now you get much less for your $. Considering how much it costs, I was definately disappointed.Not sure I'll be back.

Service is so terrible with the new ownership and crew. My office and I use to visit this location 3 times a week with the old crew Kevin, Rubi and Nicole and the customer service and food was a thousand times better. They need to bring the old crew back. I don't see this location surviving in its current state.
