I was brought here by a very regular customer who has had many great dining experiences. I do agree that for the pretty high entree prices and cluttered environment, the dining experience should be more elevated than a fast casual, food counter experience. Upon recommendation, I ordered the macadamia crusted roughy with fries and sautéed vegetables. The roughy was cooked well, but there was no crunch or texture to the crust. I should've asked for some lemon as well because it also tasted heavy and a bit oily. There's plenty of places with similar entree prices that also add in servers and ambiance. These newer owners need to take note and elevate their dining experience to match their pricing.

Been a while since I had stopped by. I'd say too long. Enjoyed the Mahi Mahi plate and the Salmon plate. Small place. Grab a seat inside or bring a hoodie to sit outside. Food is cooked fresh to order. Good service

Was in area visiting and wanting something light and fresh so I saw this place and it seemed to fit perfectly let with what I wanted. The place is very small but has plenty of patio dining which is great on a day like this in the summer. I ordered the poke and while it seemed clean and fresh in presentation it was underwhelming in flavor. I felt like I was just eating seaweed salad and soy sauce. Being in OC I guess I expected a Fresh Fish place to have amazing fish that you can taste the difference. Not this dish anyway. I asked for a side of jalapeños just to dress it up a bit. If the fish isn't spectacular at least give it some flavor with some sesame oil , maybe a little more heat as an option like the jalapeños and something fresh like avocado. On a positive note the place was fairly clean and the girl working the counter was very sweet and provided good service. Hence giving it at least 3 stars.

Food was so tasty! Definitely coming back! Got the sour dough chicken sandwich. I think it was the owner, he was working alone had my food ready quick, great because I was on my lunch. It was a big portion drink, sandwich, fries good price $14 bucks. The shop is very cute inside you can buy fish too!

Food was very average and the price was too high for what you get. I got a grilled swai and it was seasoned okay but was pretty small. I got it with sautéed veggies which tasted like frozen veggies and was a tiny portion. Also paid extra to get the clam chowder and it was bland. Not worth going.

We had such an amazing time, we didn't take picture of our food in time! The service is amazing, the atmosphere is calm and refreshing, and the food is amazing. All five of us got dishes we devoured within minutes. They split our dishes for us before serving and gave us very adequate portion sizes. This is one of the best places and I definitely plan on visiting before heading back to Northern California again.
