Walked in and automatically greeted with a smile. Walked up to counter to order. Ordered the engineer, lady taking my order was very friendly and asked all the right questions and offered me everything. Let's just say she was well trained and seemed to enjoy her job! All smiles & friendly. After taking my order she went to the lobby to do some cleaning, keeping herself busy. This location was very clean. My engineer was quickly made and tasted great, the 3 people working seemed to have good communication to make the job look easy. Thank you.

My 1st time trying Firehouse subs.Ordered on their app and it was really easy to do.There is an area for online order pick up right in front of the door entrance/exit.What I ordered :Hook & Ladder sub in medium size. Was good but nothing really out of the ordinary sub. Bread was so t & good. I deduct a star for being given a Brownie that was frozen. Found it to be odd & asked the associate with the brownie being frozen.Lots of dining tables indoor & a few tables outdoor.Decor was literally like a firehouse. They had complimentary fireman hat up at the register. Located in the same plaza as Target few doors down from Blaze Pizza with lots of parking available.

My first time trying this place and only because of a T-MOBILE TUESDAYS offer. Buy one get one on the HOOK AND LADDER sandwich. $14 for a medium sandwich is outrageous! Luckily the offer I used gave me 2 sandwiches! I'm not a fat person but I do have an appetite especially when I'm eating the first meal of the day lolThe sandwich was average at most but I most likely will not go back just due to the price. I can go get a chicken teriyaki bowl up the street for $8 that WILL be filling my appetite.

I highly recommend this place, it's clean, the staff is friendly and very welcoming and the sandwiches are so good, they are tasty and freshly made to your like, I had the Italian and my husband ordered the chicken Cajun. Delicious!

Great selections of sub sandwiches. I love their Turkey Bacon Ranch! The also have a chopped salad that is excellent. You can make it a combo with a drink and chips and they have cookies too. Table seating and great firehouse decor. They gave 1st Responder discounts during COVID which was a nice touch. Great service and tasty food.

Bright and red interior design and great lighting and it was clean. The young lady working the register was real lackadaisical and didn't thank me for my order or anything. She was frowning and holding her back as if it was hurting. Idk About 3-5 minutes wait while the sun is prepared. It ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and it was delicious. Warm and soft also. My first time here. Not bad not great, but decent.

This location is hit and miss. I ordered a medium sandwhich with no bread and they literally gave me half of the meat that comes on the medium and put it in a tinky bowl with no condiments even though I ordered them. Luckily I had mustard. They charged me full price also which is fine but to skimp on half the meat is uncool.
