Fire Wings - Downey

Fire Wings in Downey is just that, Fire. I've seen it all the time when I'm around in the Promenade, but I never thought to stop until today. Glad I finally did. The Dragon Wings have just the right amount of zing, and the Sweet Chili is that perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The wings were crispy, juicy, and sauced up just right.The staff was very friendly, which always makes the experience better. It's self seating, with plenty of space. Prices are good, portions are solid, and the parking is easy since it's right in the Downey Promenade. It's an awesome addition to the other restaurants here. Looking forward to trying their other flavors.

Wings are good! Service sucks when it comes to online ordering they take forever even tho you order ahead you still will wait about 20 mins after pick up time. The counter is clueless. Other than that the wings here Are amazing only real reason I go back.

Ordered from Door Dash. The noddles were great. The 10 piece wings were literally all burnt except one piece that was still chewy. First time trying this place becuase we wanted soemthing new. Don't think we will have it again.

Five stars for the owner of this eatery! He drove by Kaiser Permanente Downey today and saw 75 of us, mental heath care workers striking, walking the picket line. With a big heart and compassion for us out on strike for 14 weeks without a paycheck, he drove back with trays of Garlic Noodles and Chicken Wings to feed us!! Thank you sir for your loving heart! Mental Health care matters! Thank you for supporting us and your community! Much appreciation for your tasty noodles and assorted chicken wings

This is a great place to eat with friends and family! The ambiance is loud because there are sport fans watching the local games on the TV and there is also alcohol.They have an outdoor patio where you can eat and enjoy the outdoors.The service is great and food comes to you piping hot from the kitchen!My favorite flavor is Dragon! Their Peking flavor leaves your fingers red, so be careful if you don't want it to dye your clothing.Van was gracious enough to allow us to have our friends birthday party here! It was a great time!

Tv is loud as hell. 25minute wait for wings ? Really . Won't be back here again.. Been wanting to try it but not impressed. Way overcooked too

The wings here are solid and a great deal if you come on Wednesday! They have so many unique flavor options. The wings were crispy and flavorful. I want to try all the flavors. I like the specialty fries as well. There are plenty of seats indoors and outdoors. They also have a bar and TVs to watch the game.

Stopped by here for lunch. We got the 10 wing combo (comes with drinks and fries) and some boneless wings in the side. With the 10 wing, you can choose two flavors. We chose the lemon pepper and the buffalo. The lemon pepper was way too sour and the buffalo was too buttery. The fries also tasted like reheated fries. It's pretty affordable, especially with the lunch prices but wouldn't recommend.

The wings come out piping hot with the right amount of sauce, crunch, & in a timely manner. I got the 10 wing bone-in combo with Buffalo Stampede sauce. Very spicy but very good flavor. The service is quick, the employees do talk to the guests at the bar but are quick to help you out when you walk in. You can also the staff for what you need and they'll help you out quick. Girl with the purple hair is nice. The ambience is loud but it is a bar, but there was an important Dodger game on and the crowd was going WILD for it. Dodgers WON & it adds to the experience. I recommend this place if you are in the area! The other sauces are so good too!
