The entire meal was so delicious! Everything was beautifully presented and such an enjoyable culinary experience. We got three small plates, a vegetable, and two large plates to share, and that was the perfect amount for three people. Ended three stunning desserts! Service was seriously fantastic and so attentive. Everything came out quickly and warm. Restaurant was really nice on the inside and loved the glass divider between the kitchen! Overall 10/10 experience, can see why this is a bib gourmand restaurant for sure.

Really good food for brunch and the atmosphere was very good for a date night or a celebration. Beignets (7/10): they were airy and really good with the apple compote however the apple inside the beignets was very interesting. Portuguese Sausage Scramble (8/10): the eggs were made to perfection and tasted really good with the bread. The garlic potatoes were amazing.Sourdough Pancakes (8/10): they were really airy and fluffy. The only thing is they tasted a bit grainy for my liking. Mussels (8/10): really good with the bread. Did wish it was more garlicky but overall really food quality seafoodThe server was very helpful and we will definitely be back.

I came to Fable & Spirit on Valentine's Day, and it was such a perfect date spot! The space is on the smaller side, but that just adds to the intimate and cozy atmosphere. Our waiter was super knowledgeable and recommended what we should order, and he was spot on--especially with the octopus starter. It was absolutely incredible! The Brussels sprouts had the perfect touch of maple sweetness and a great crunch, and the short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender, cutting through like butter.Overall, an amazing experience with great food, ambiance, and service.

Came here for brunch. The place is clean and nicely decorated. I appreciate the artwork and bold colors. It was decked out for the holidays as well. The staff was very nice and attentive. They promptly refilled our water glasses and answered questions. After perusing the menu, we decided to order the apple cinnamon beignets, portuguese sausage scramble, and cheesecake for dessert.Apple Cinnamon Beignets- These were amazing! They were crisp outside with a soft and fluffy interior. Served with a dusting of powdered sugar and cream with apple compote.Portuguese Sausage Scramble- It was a nice contrast to our sweet entree. The sausages were juicy, the eggs were fluffy, and it was accented with herbs and tomatoes. A nice dollop of creme fraiche brought the flavors together. We also got toast and breakfast potatoes on the side.Cheesecake- This was a delightful way to end the meal! The base was creamy and rich. We got a side of berry compote that added a sweet and fruity freshness to the cake. Such a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend this place!

4.2 for food. 4.8 for Service and Ambience.Very attentive staff. They brought more country bread to our table because we ran out for our mussel dish. It was very nice of them.Overall the savory dishes were better than desserts.- Kale ceasar: lightly dressed, croutons were great. I would leave out capers but it's just me- Alaska halibut: the guanciale was a tad salty. Other than hat, it was good.- Salmon: my husband liked it, especially the red wine reduction- Guinness bread was slightly sweet, texture was almost like banana bread.Among the 3 desserts that we tried, we loved the chocolate budino.

Fantastic meal and staff at F&S. This place is popular for good reason. Go to Resy and make your reservation. High energy - so bring your peppiest self, it's loud! The interior is thoughtfully designed and decorated very inviting and warm. Lovely selection of wines by the glass and something on the menu to please anyone. We decided on meat and veg for a stick to your ribs kind of dinner. Super satisfying and portions were generous. Mangalitsa pork belly with couscous - great deep flavor and not too fatty. Couscous - nice and cheesy good.Brussels sprouts - yum-o, fried and caramelized perfection, the bourbon maple syrup and the Dijon took it to another level. Huge bowls - get your fiber folks!Short ribs - solid and the horseradish topper was the perfect contrast to cut the richness of the dish. Impressive food and restaurant - highly recommend.

Food is truly underwhelming. There wasn't a single dish or cocktail that was worth repeating. No one finished a single dish we ordered. Bucatini was bland. Clams were just okay. Citrus salad was crazy salty. Carrots portion size is too small and again...just okay! Porchetta was cooked well but the rest of the dish does nothing to enhance the meat, it was grainy, dry, and bland. Guinness bread is also...just okay and also dry! All of our cocktails were watery. The theme for the evening was "BLAND." This restaurant is an LA 6 at best.

Waiters attentive and well acquainted with the menu. Food is excellent - a little pricey but worth it. Lovely dessert for birthdays.

The food at Fable & Spirit is good, but the service needs work. We ordered their brown bread, which was delicious. We went to Ireland earlier this year, and I think F&S's bread is one of the better Irish soda breads I've had. We shared a few other small plates, but this was the stand out. The citrus salad was also noteworthy. The service was pretty slow considering we were there for an early dinner on a weeknight. It definitely seemed like they were prioritizing their regular customers, while hardly coming by our table. Overall, my experience at Fable & Spirit was mediocre. It's a beautiful restaurant, but I'm not in a hurry to return, as I did not feel welcomed.

Dined in on 12/22/24 around 5:30 PM. Wow, everything was delicious tonight. All the individual ingredient flavors truly worked well together! My favorite was def the porchetta, it was the perfect portion for two people and was oozy in fat. Service was friendly and helpful, all the recommendations by our server were tasty. Bathroom was clean and parking is metered on the street. Ambience is casual as I saw folks dressed in all sorts of clothing, but the gorgeous inside / service makes this feel like an elevated dining experience.
