El Ranchito Taqueria

My husband and I had both wet and dry burritos a few times now. I've personally had asada and carnitas, both mojado salsa verde. They were delicious. I totally recommend. My husband enjoyed his burritos, too. When I suggest Ranchito, he never turns it down! High praise. Next time I'm getting chile verde, my favorite meal my bestie makes yearly for my birthday. So we shall see! Anyway, eat here. Huge portions, delicious food, kind staff. Definitely a chill place to go after drinking and/or dancing.

This restaurant is really tasty. Traditional Mexican recipes, however they have not claimed this page and therefore have not updated their menu and pricing. My order, in my head should have been $26. However, when picking up the Total came out to $35. So if you are ordering to go, make sure to verify prices before you hang up.

I love this place. I have not been there in a while, but the food is awesome, and service great. I love the tacos. It is a cozy spot. I recommend that you get there before or after the lunch rush, if you to get a table. It's a small restaurant, it fills up quickly.

Wow what a hidden gem... very authentic Mexican taqueria!! We got tacos, quesadilla, and a horchata and everything was delicious. The interior is very traditional so I wouldn't take someone here for a first date but highly recommend to come w friends or family :) The service was phenomenal and our food came out within 10 minutes. The employees were so helpful and efficient - definitely coming back.

Delish! Had the spicy shrimp. So did my companion. Both enjoyed. The salsa with chips served in a tiny way but one of the 3 was spicy as heck! Will be back to this hike in the wall soon.

This has to be one of the best Mexican spots around. The food is delicious, portions are just right and is the most authentic tasting food I've ever had. Prices are also great! Recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Mexican food!

I had a strong craving for Mexican food, which led me to this place as it was nearby. This taqueria offers a varied menu with decent options, though slightly on the pricier side.Regrettably, the chile verde dish disappointed me with its smaller portion size (less meat compared to the other places I've been to) and meat quality as it was on the drier side and not tender at all. Similarly, the chicken burrito, while more reasonably priced, failed to impress with its portion of chicken, but it had a generous amount of other fillings. Our waters also had specks of what seemed to be dirt at the bottom.In terms of service, the cashier was nice and greeted us upon entering. There is hot sauce on the side that you can grab yourself. The restaurant itself is small, the inside was clean as well as the tables.

Great service!!! I tried the red and green enchiladas and they were delicious. I highly recommend them!

We go to rl ranchito on placentia in Costa Mesa several times per month. Love the food (my favorite is the chicken soup and taco combo). Raul and Rocky are so friendly and attentive. 6 stars to them!!
