El Pollo Norteño

They offer different foods, but the main dishes are chicken combos for parties, carnitas and carne asada. The only problem here, there's not a lot parking. They deliver also to your address. The prices are not cheap, but reasonable. Considering is a small business, but we can support those places. The food is good and the service is fast. There's a few pollo norteño places to go, I recommend you to try it.

Smart affordable tasty choice when in downtown Santa Ana. Service is friendly & fast. The neighborhood can be bit sketchy- candidly, but it's worth setting aside your sense of abomination & get the 3 piece red chicken with tortillas & refried beans. So crispy! So juicy! So good!

Prices up, quality and service down. The chicken is clearly reheated from leftovers so you may not always get fresh chicken. This particular meal had a weird flavor. The rice today was absolute trash. No flavor, barely any color and so dry. You can't tell me that no one is tasting the rice or sees the lack of color ? If so that means they just don't care.

This place doesn't get enough credit. I love eating here. The kind of sauce is also really good. Don't sleep on it. It's all about the flower tortilla as well. Beans and rice are really good. I normally go to pinto beans

The people is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the chicken (breast) is very dry makes me wonder if it is a warm up from the morning or what. Potato salad is good, salad is good. No fresh drink (horchata/jamaica).

Este lugar a bajado . No es como antes . Compramos pollo y carne asada. Y el pollo era puras alitas . Casi $100 dólares . Mejor vayan al pollo loco

Ordered take out for my husband and I at this location. Delivery was on time and was satisfied with food and drinks. He ordered the birria plate which is what I had ordered last time and this time I felt brave to try their al pastor. It's not that great and sauce is a bit salty and rice is a bit dry. I think the best one thus far is the birria but salsas are good, taste fresh and have a kick. He also ordered three tacos and a burrito de asada. A monster that was. I'll try other times next time like the carnitas plate or asada.

Pollo Norteno is My Favorite Chicken( Flavor, Prices, Great Menu, Great Customer Service, etc) I surprised all the time (Family, Friends, Coworkers) they Love Norteno Chickeb too.Sometimes I get Flan ( delicious ) House made Flavor. Chips w Pico de Gallo salsa s the BEST!!

The food is very good, but the customer service is really bad, specially when Luis work, this employee hate his job, we can tell. Person like him should not be working in this places.
