I can remember back in the day they used to have salads and the BRC burritos and the cilantro salad dressing for them. I also liked. Using. It on the burrito. Unfortunately for years they got read of it they brought it back but they charged if you don't want a side and they done have the old school deal salad. The one thing I can say is sometimes I just bunch all franchise the same but that's just menu items. This store always had nice friendly people and a clean ambience. BRING BACK THE BUGGET salads. Usually order from the location on Ball but opted for this one because of a deal they were offering--big mistake. Wasn't able to pickup my mobile order in the drive thru AND ended up with food poisoning. Lousy experience.

When I'm at work, I usually pick up lunch at the location on Ball. However, I was coming from an appointment, and this one was on the way. I should have waited until I got to the one on Ball. I ordered a double chicken tostada with a side of chips and queso. I also asked for extra cilantro dressing. I ordered the rice and beans on the side. It looked like everything was in the bag. However, when I got to work, I had no chips and no extra dressing. For $16, you'd hope everything would be there. Also the staff wasn't very friendly. The girl seemed in a rush to scan my points, and they didn't scan correctly. I earned no points for that meal, but if it was scanned properly, I would have received points. Also, I asked for paper coupons (which every other location happily hands out) and was rudely told "use your app for discounts" I will not come back to this location.

This always happens! I always come to this Pollo Loco and it's always the same issue when I mobile order. I asked for No Salsa Fresca(Pico) on my Salad and they still put Salsa Fresca. The staff need to read the receipts before making food!

It is convenient because it is the closest pollo loco to me (across the street). Inside is clean. Employees are nice BUT you will get bamboozled on the chicken portion sizes. I am willing to drive to another pollo loco just for normal chicken portions.

Terrible Customer Service - Rude Employee Named Victor!I had an awful experience at this El Pollo Loco on Paul Euclid Street. While eating there, I witnessed an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional interaction between an employee named Victor and an elderly Uber driver. The driver was simply trying to pick up an order, doing his job like anyone else, and Victor treated him with complete disrespect, refusing to give him the food and speaking to him in a rude, impolite manner.The driver even said, "I'm not going to steal, this is my job," yet Victor continued to be rude and unhelpful. It was clear that the Uber driver was respectful and just wanted to complete his delivery, but Victor showed no professionalism or kindness.Is this how El Pollo Loco trains its employees? This kind of behavior is unacceptable! A restaurant should have polite, well-trained staff, not employees like Victor who treat people poorly. If this is the kind of customer service they allow, I WILL NEVER eat here again, and I encourage others to think twice before spending their money at a place that hires rude, unprofessional workers.El Pollo Loco, you need to do better! Train your staff properly and get rid of employees who don't respect customers or delivery drivers.Incase anybody want it to know if this incident happen with another driver from the same person there is steps the drivers can do and i will post this .Yes, there are laws that protect Uber drivers and other delivery workers from mistreatment or discrimination while performing their jobs, but the level of protection depends on the nature of the abuse. Here are some important points:1. Protection from Discrimination and Mistreatment: * Federal and state laws prohibit discrimination against anyone based on race, religion, national origin, age, or disability. If a driver is subjected to racial or discriminatory treatment at a restaurant, they can file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) or the state's human rights agencies. * Drivers can also report unfair treatment directly to Uber through the app, as such complaints can affect the restaurant's partnership with Uber.2. Protection from Defamation or Humiliating Treatment: * If a driver is publicly mistreated or verbally abused in a way that could harm their reputation, they may have a legal right to file a complaint under defamation or verbal harassment laws.3. El Poll Loco is usually my go-to when I'm in need of something healthy/quick after work, and I typically make a stop at this location about once a week. This location is consistently reliable - the drive thru line moves quickly, the food is fresh, and the staff is always pleasant.
