We stopped in for lunch and were blown away with everything. The bathroom was wonderfully clean. Food was a 10Service 10+Ambience 10Worth coming back. Great time and people STOP IN!!

Food (4/5): So yummy! The food here is consistently really good: to their seafood, steak, chicken, etc. Their aguachile is super spicy so be aware. While I do enjoy their food, I wouldn't necessarily come back here just to eat, rather, to enjoy the liveliness of this place along with them playing multiple sports. My biggest critique is that the drinks are overly sweet. Service (4/5): Overall a welcoming vibe! My partner and I have been here on multiple occasions and have had one time where he thought the waitress was rude and didn't feel she was knowledgeable in the types of beers they had on tap. I personally didn't have any complaint about how attentive the wait staff is and how quickly we get our food despite large crowds consistently here in the bar area.Ambiance (5/5): Such a fun place! I love the lights, music, and intimacy of Pescador. The music is loud so make sure you have a hearing aid to help you talk to whomever you're with lol. You can hear edm, pop, hip-hop, reggaeton, and other music. Price (4/5): I find the lunch deals to be really worth it! The quantity of food makes price worth it, however, it is more on the expensive side.

1st coming here for breakfast and it was actually pretty good the sauce for the red chilaquiles was good so we're the green ones the beans were good also just don't ask for coffee your basically gonna get hot water it has maybe 1% coffee in it that's terrible why even offer coffee

My wife and I came to get some good food and drinks and when we decided on El pescador it was the best decision. The security walked us to our table and where greater by Christian the manager who made sure we where well taken care of and even recommended a margarita flight that my wife and I loved that we just had to get another one ! The music the food and the drinks were perfect for the night.

A little overdue but here's my verdict on the El Pescador location in Downey:My best friend invited me to a lovely birthday dinner at El Pescador and I was thrilled for the experience! Like others have previously mentioned, the restaurant definitely feels upscale or boujie to say the least. There was an attendant and security outside which made it appear like some sort of nightclub from the outside looking in. As far as appearance-wise, they hit the nail on the coffin with this joint.Now in terms of taste, they could definitely step it up a notch. Everything was sort of bland from the Ceviche to my Carne Asada A La Diabla Burrito. For those of you who don't know, A La Diabla on any meal is supposed to be quite spicy, however the red sauce drenched on my burrito was pretty mild and flavorless. The highlight of the night were definitely the beer and margarita flights but even then I couldn't help but taste the same bitter underlying cucumber taste in each alcoholic beverage. However I'm glad my friend enjoyed his Molcajete which was loaded with a variety of meats and sides. The staff were also lovely enough to surprise me with a complimentary birthday dessert and sang happy birthday to me. Though the food was quite subpar I had a great time with my best friend and appreciated the experience! I personally wouldn't return again on my own time though as the prices don't match the quality of taste.

Randomly stopped by for lunch for the first time and accidentally walked into Las Vegas. The inside of this restaurant is so crazy nice with huge multipanel TVs at the bar area where I sat. There was even LED screens in the freaking ceiling and a great English and Spanish playlist going the whole time. Thankful the food was also great, especially the coctel michelada. It was filled with shrimp, octopus, and a ton of chili lime salt for that super addictive sour taste. If you like to drown your fruit in tajín, you should order this. Carne asada was also very good, and the restaurant is just fun vibes with birthday parties and people drinking and having a good time--on a Tuesday at 12:30pm ayyy.

This was a good spot to grab some dinner, and enjoy drinks. Once you are done eating there's bar type atmosphere in the rear which was playing music and had many drinks to choose from. I definitely would be coming back. I wonder if this location has live music like Banda, or mariachi?

Location manager Christian, gifted this tropical fruit margarita flight which tasted amazing! I highly recommend trying it out! My personal favorite was the passion fruit margarita! Come check out this location and try it for yourself!

Atmosphere is amazing! Food is amazing! The manager Christian recommended we try the tropical margarita flight and it was amazing!! I believe the flavors are blueberry, guava and passion fruit, definitely will be ordering the flight again!!
