Update on El PeriSushi! Still extremely good! My husband and I share a Desmadre 3 Tray which comes with 3 rolls of your choice. Chose the Hot & Hot, Guamuchilito, and Res Blue. My favorite would have to be the Hot & Hot the Serrano in there gives it so much flavor! The tray comes with plenty of grilled onions, shredded carrots, green onions and their 2 house sauces. We also order the Hot Chiles de camarón which is a chile güero filled with cream cheese, imitation crab and shrimp, it's so good! And don't forget their Jasmine tea! Just a heads up there is only take out here, there is no dine in which is fine for us. So if your in the mood for Mexican sushi, this is definitely the place for you, everything is so good! And good for catering as well! We will be ordering some of these trays for our next family gathering!

Nice people but the sushi was terrible. The rice on the sushi was like days old. The restaurant is only for pick up but you can eat at el Perihuete and order the sushi from there. You're better off eating there instead because the food was great!

Never eating here again. Food was just absolutely terrible and I got 3 different things to try, I figured worst thing I'd probably like at least 1 but no! It was only $40 so not overpriced for 3 items but food just did not taste good at all. They also don't have any dine in which sucks but the lady did bring my order to the car which was very nice! I'm trying to find new sushi spots so that's the only reason I came here but never again ‍ ohh presentation for rolls was nice lol

This restaurant has very good Mexican style sushi. This was a local spot when I used to live in this city and was a top favorite. It is still good however, I do feel the quality of both food and service has gone down a little. I have never ate at the actual restaurant I've always ordered to go because it is very small inside. I will continue to go because it reminds me of childhood and is unique. I always get a San Luis roll with a Limonada mineral. The lemonade comes like a slushy and it's super refreshing. The role is like nothing I've ever tried. It is unique and very good. I recommend anyone to go here if you've never tried Mexican sushi.

This place, unfortunately, has gone down in quality and quantity and UP in price. A desmadre platter is now $44.10There's rolls used to be a decent size, and the San Luis spread on top used to be a generous amount, but it has minimized a dramatic amount. I get everything has gone up, but they have also increased prices, so you would expect the same quantity and quality since the customer is also taking a hit.Just look at how skinny these rolls are. Sad to say, but we will be looking for another Mexican sushi place. Why are you pushing us away. We love supporting local businesses.

Let me just say I'm a die hard raw sushi girl but when I'm in the mood for that Mexican style sushi this is the place to go. Besides the presentation looking amazing the portions are great as well. I get the San Luis roll & the hot chiles as an appetizer and I promise you, you won't regret it!! This place has been established for a bit but recently got remodeled and it looks beautiful, very inviting & clean. Always a pleasure coming here and also their second chain Perihuete which is in the same lot with mariscos being their specialty. Definitely a must try!!!

I called for pick up an hour before hand and when I arrive at said time. I was told I still have to wait 15 min? I'm sorry but what's the point of placing a phone order an hour earlier if I still have to wait when I come to pick it up? It wasn't busy. It wasn't a large order. So I'm confused as to why the staff is wasting my time.
